i agree with everyone else’s comment about the woman in hijab, whenever i see her she’s always giving attitude to everyone and is extremely rude. they’re always lying too, once i ordered a drink with less ice they gave me a cup full of ice and told me it’s less ice, i finished the drink and it was basically still full of ice

Almost every day I go to this place for my coffee and there is not a day that a woman wearing a hijab serves me in a bad way. Precisely this morning I bought two drinks and her attitude is rude, despotic and annoying since she gets angry just for asking for some service. Today she had a green hijab, medium complexion but I don't know her name. Mr. or Madam Manager, give work to people who want to give a good service, not people who wake up in a bad mood and serve customers badly. What bad service from this woman.

They have a new person working alone weekday mornings and they are SO SLOW and CONFUSED. You need 2 employees or someone faster and more efficient working morning shifts.I waited extremely long for my 1 drink order which i had placed advance on the app. What’s the point of placing a mobile order beforehand when it’s not even remotely close to being ready when i get there?

This will always be my go-to dunkin’ donuts. I always have such a good experience when I visit here. The food is fresh and the environment is clean. The hijabi employee in the evening is wonderful and so friendly. I always have the best conversations with her while waiting for my food and she attends to everyone in a kind and patient manner. The food is so tasty and the drinks are always made to my liking. I enjoy every visit here and will continue to come here to eat good food, drink tasty beverages, and enjoy a happy environment.

I go to this Dunkin Donuts often because their customer service is beyond that what I have seen in other places. The employee named Shanu is especially great at what she does and I have seen other customers complimenting her often and coming back on her shifts in the evening because she serves the best tasting food. You can see that she has experience and I never leave disappointed. The environment in general is friendly and inviting and I never leave with a negative experience. I highly recommend this location.
