We had Donuts for dinner, you could eat them, they weren't bad, and taking into account the prices in the country, it didn't seem like an exorbitant price to me.

I just had the worst day!! They just told my minor daughter that she took something without paying!! She felt offended... in a place like these they should have more respect and make sure that something doesn't happen again So, I'm totally hurt by the treatment we had a moment ago.

Very bad service. I was very disappointed with the service. The person named Alma was very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL with CLIENTS!!! She even told me she doesn’t care if I give BAD REVIEW! Hopefully, the owner will notice how POOR your training with your PEOPLE. Very bad! Business like this is bound to fail!

Asked for 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese, got it back with almost NO cream cheese on it. I went back to ask for more, they tried to make me pay for it despite showing them it barely had anything on it.
So we went in the morning just now to get breakfast to eat and we had no problems ordering it until we received are food but we were missing a strawberry lemonade and we would not get it because what if someone else ordered one so I went to check if it was mine and she checked my receipt if it was mine and it was and she said okay why don’t you get it and I said I didn’t know it was mine and she said get it with an adittude and she said omg and I said omg you because we’re paying you and that money goes to your paycheck And we order a creamchess with cream and chess and they did not add the cheese but their donuts be bussin bussin but their 2 employees giving us are food are not good but the cashier was super nice so as you can see this is not a good Dunkin’ I recommend a different Dunkin’.

Girl in the counter can't even speak English and it's like I'm the one that's supposed to decipher my interaction with her for a purchase. Female shift manager is rude and seems like your dealing with a robot.

This is the worst dunkin donuts we have ever been to. The two ladies working tonight were terrible. They appeared to be laughing at an older lady who was upset because she had lost something. They then redused to refund a senior citizen who was requesting for their senior discount. They said it was too late and needed to request it prior to paying. She was clearly a senior citizen. These are peopleOn a limited income. They are also charging $1.09 when people requestTap water! This was for a child! They hide behind that it’s the managers rules. They gave that as an excuse to the old lady when she requested the refund and when questioned why they are making money off of tap water. I was appaulled at their behavior tonight and felt it was deserving of a review. Shame on them.

One of the worth branches of Dunkin',I tried it last shift! Not understanding of kids accidents,like falling food or drink from their small hands, always at any other fast food restaurant they give the kid another one, specifically if it is a cheap item like hash browns, which happened in that branch,they rejected to give another one although I bought many hash browns bags from them!!!!
