Today I ordered two chicken soups to pick up, I did not eat them when I got home, because I had an unforeseen event, I stored it properly in the refrigerator and 4 hours later I proceeded to eat them, with the surprise that the cassava was bitter, the BLACK chicken... the soup itself is terrible... I called to tell them and see if they would give me a solution, the answer was that the waiters and cooks on duty were not there and they couldn't do anything, I asked for a claim form and they told me they didn't have them, THEY TOLD ME THAT IN 4 HOURS THE SOUP COULD BE DAMAGED. ...a food in good condition does not go bad in 4 hours in a refrigerated room, really terrible service

I have had a bad experience in this place, I requested blackberry juice in water in my dinner order, it is understandable that the process of blending the blackberry generates foam, after a few minutes the juice served on my table foams from the juice It faded away until only half of the contents of the glass remained. I very cordially asked the waitress to change my juice, but her response was "that's just how the juice is." When I saw her response I thought that She was going to tell me I'll change it or add a little more juice but her bad experience did not allow her to be fair to me, after this misunderstanding of people who are not trained in customer service we end up upset when we always wait for the Best service in New York restaurants.
