Place is to small to eat comfortably and if you like waiting for your food this a great place to go, I waited like 20 mins to get a simple sandwich I watched everyone else get there food and not even a heads ups and I get everyone else food

I came here after hearing that the butcher shop would cook a cut of your choice and serve it to you for no extra cost. The shop is essentially a 2 in 1: the butcher shop and the burger shop are connected, and share a seating area in the middle. Frank (the owner) was super friendly and helped us decide on a cut (we ended up picking the t-bone). All their steaks are USDA Prime and dry-aged for 30 days. He asked the doneness that we wanted and then sent it off to the kitchen to be cooked while we took a seat. We ordered some sides from the burger side, which were ok but nothing mind blowing. The truffle fries were the perfect thickness but not truffley at all. I'd skip the mushrooms next time, it's pretty much just a plate of basic satuted mushrooms. They also give you bread and salad for free, which was nice. The steak came out relatively fast - it had a really nice crust on it but the various pieces were definitely a little bit varying in doneness, so if you have people who are adverse to eating slightly more rare meat than medium rare, I'd order a medium just in case. I wish there was a bit more salt but in general the steak itself was delicious, and I really enjoyed the idea of being able to pick out my steak before eating it (kind of like a fancy Texas Roadhouse)

I tried to order from Uber Eats I don't know if this review should go to Uber Eats or this place but I didn't get my burger which was a separate order because the menu didn't add the burger it only added the sides to the burger for $13 so I ordered a burger separately on the phone with them for another $13 but I didn't receive that burger when I tried to call them about it they hung up on me twice

Loved this burger place for 10 years but if they keep raising their prices (understandably like every other business) they got to up the standard behind the counter. After I 20mn wait, they asked me twice what I had ordered just to give me the wrong order… found out back home, came back and they started a new order, the checkout girl said they’ll give me two large fries to compensate but once home again I opened the bag (was sealed to keep the food warm) and there was only one fry. At this point I gave up, so still ended paying more for less food and it took twice the time…

This is THE spot for a nice steak dinner. The prices are great, the selection is wide, and the quality of meat is outstanding. The service is really great here too. The staff is friendly and they just want you to have a good time while you enjoy your meal. This is a top contender for the Best Steaks in Queens. Try the 21 day prime aged NY Strip, The Tomahawk (that one sells out) or the Flat Iron. Everything is cooked to perfection. If you're not sure what you want, the butcher will walk you through the selection to find the best option for you. I honestly can't wait to go back.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to the front door for use.

Food: 3/5 Service: 1/5 Came on a Saturday afternoon and it was really busy. Found the place on tiktok and thought we'd check out there $18.99 flat iron steak lunch special. Steak was ok. Wasn't exactly medium rare. Truffle fries was ok. Mushroom lacked flavor and wished it was sautéed in butter or something. I got the double butcher burger. The burger was under seasoned. However I would say it was hot, enough to almost burn my mouth. Service was poor and we were told it's cuz the place blew up so they weren't use to the amount of customers. However, I saw a complaint about it from a review 8 months ago. Lunch started off with me asking for bread and butter 10 min after ordering and sitting. I noticed they served it the couple next to us who was already done with their meal, so maybe that was for us and not them. We asked for utensils 5-6 times. By the time we got it the food was a bit cold already. I was almost served a burger that wasn't mine, had to tell them. Was served fries without our truffle parm so we had to correct them. Was still waiting for my burger and the server came up to us asking if we were missing anything. The last thing that came to us was the salad from the lunch special and only came cuz we asked for it. Something to note, if you want water you'll have to ask for it. I also heard another table complain how they have been there well before other people and others were served their food first. If you're curious, definitely come during off hours so that maybe you'll have better service.

This Queens butcher shop also has a sit-down burger restaurant. I got their double cheeseburger and fries. The burger was small but full of flavor and cooked to perfection. I found the fries to be a bit dry and plain. It took a bit longer to get my shake, and it was alright.

The young lady that waited on me was very pleasant. The food was good until I saw an unwanted visitor climbing on the wall about 1 foot from my food. Owner apologized and comped.

Amazing family own business with an amazing selection of meat to purchase and to have cooked at your liking. The butcher knows his meat and everything is prepared the day of for service. Smaller dining area, not for groups larger than 6ppl. The prices for the steak as well as the burgers will blow your mindVegetarian options: There are homemade veggies burgers

My friends and I discovered this place through word of mouth and we LOVED IT. More people should know about it. Incredibly friendly staff and owner who checked in on us constantly and ensured our experience was the best. This place is known for its burgers, but what people don’t know, is that you can go order meats that they cook for you in the back. We did their lunch special and a ribeye steak to share. All the food was delicious and decently priced! We enjoyed our experience and would recommend to anyone. We plan to come back and continue supporting this business and hope you give them a try as well.
