Genuine scammers. Came in with an open mind despite the bad reviews, they upcharged me on something I ordered. Was supposed to be 6.95, they increased the price to 10 bucks flat on me without warning. Food wasn’t even good either, do NOT go here!

I order from this Coffee shop daily but after today, they definitely lost a loyal customer. Being an employee at a car dealership for over three years, I have learned that customer service is EVERYTHING. One of my co-workers ordered her food 30 minutes before mine and to our surprise, my food was delivered first. When my co-worker's food finally arrived; it was wrong and the platter looked unappetizing. She declined to take the meal and instead of an apology, she was harassed by the delivery driver for a tip until he was ultimately escorted off the premises by management. I say this to say, businesses need to be more mindful of whom they have delivering their food because at that moment, the delivery person is the face of your company.

Customer service is HORRIBLE! A coworker of mine ordered food for us and the food was over an hour LATE. When the delivery dog arrived he was very rude. I checked the order and noticed it was incorrect and asked for my money back. The delivery dog was upset because he got lost and couldn't find our location and after finding us an hour later it turns out he had the wrong order, therefore there was no tip. He threatened me and my colleagues and refused to leave until a manager escorted him off the property onto the curb side like the piece of low class trash he is . I would NEVER order from this place again and I will be sure to share this experience with everyone I know and all social media platforms. I will now be calling the authorities to explain this situation to them as well to make sure this does not reoccur. NO MORE ANIMALS ALLOWED HERE!!

i WAS EXTREMELY UPSET WITH MY SERVICE, MY FOOD WAS DELIVERED OVER AN HOUR LATE EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE A FEW BLOCKS AWAY FROM MY JOB AND BROUGHT ME A MESSY PLATTER WITH WHAT I SPECIFICALLY DID NOT WANT, AFTER TELLING THE DELIVERY GUY THAT THE ORDER WAS INCORRECT HE BEGAN TO MAKE A SCENE IN MY WORK PLACE THREATENING TO MAKE A MESS ASKING FOR $2, AFTERWARDS HE STUCK THE MIDDLE FINGER UP AT ME AND WAS ESCORTED OUT.

The best liquor store in Jackson Heights! Happy 10th Anniversary! Not an easy feat. It's also one of the only liquor stores in NYC where you will find rare and hard to find items you won't find in any other liquor store. I love the niche-ness of it all! And if you know your stuff you know they have an amazing selection! Especially, of cordials, mixers, and amari that most stores, especially in this area, would never think of carrying. Their small curated selection just flows! It works! They're also open to ordering something if you want it and if it fits their style. I love this place.

First of, we went to this venue to support our friend who's part of a band that they were showcasing. Food was rather disappointing, the supposedly crunchy and somewhat meaty sisig was just pure fat. Texture was meh and taste was forgettable. Their pancit was very tasty though and the bangus as well. The reason I'm giving em two stars was coz of how they charged us, it seemed misleading. They want us to pay 'suggested gratuity' after already including $12.20 for a party of 4! Good thing I checked before Signing!

I often visit a friend in Jackson Heights, and try to stop by this wine shop whenever I do so. I have been delighted on every occasion, and the wine suggestions have never failed. The store itself is a pleasure to visit, and the staff could not be more helpful (or knowledgeable) - and the prices are very fair. I wish my local store in Manhattan was half as good.

An excellent neighborhood wine store. It carries an interesting selection of wines and small batch spirits.

Came here for an event and had really low expectations based on previous reviews. This is a good space for a banquet. It isn't too far of a walk from the subway and there is not much parking, but I was able to find a spot right across the street from the venue. Glad I was lucky. This is a spacious place. When I first entered, I thought the event was over but I found out that it was in the other room with a gigantic chandelier. I was able to catch the attention of a waiter and got my lumpiang Shanghai promptly. The lumpia has so delicious. It may not be as cheap as you're used to but they give you plenty and do not regret eating it. So when you're thinking of coming here and looking at the reviews, just remember to get the attention of the waiter to get your food promptly and park across the street. Oh and check the back space in case you think you missed your event.

I was at an event, ordered calamari for $14.95. Got like 12 pieces... so each piece of mediocre calamari cost over $1. Outrageous. Also it was cold in the venue... everyone was wearing jackets the whole time.

As good as a small local wine shop gets! This place has been a favorite of mine since moving to Jackson Heights a couple of months ago and we come here almost every week. Reasonably priced, high value wines from smaller labels. When I wasn't living in the area, I always walked here from Woodside just for the eclectic selection that I wouldn't find anywhere else. They focus on the local area - New York State, Long Island, and the surrounding areas as well as some rarities from California, Europe (a heavenly Vermentina from Sardegna) and beyond! It's also a great place to expand my liquor pallet (who knew?!) - whiskey, vodka, bourbon, moonshine, absinthe - all from smaller (yet highly notable) producers. The owners are very nice and knowledgeable - and have made some great suggestions for any occasion. They also have weekly tastings which you can sign up for- I have yet to attend one. If you're in the area and haven't been, get here ASAP. You won't be disappointed.

Awesome selections at reasonable prices, not to mention super friendly staff. What more can one demand?!?

I'm not from Queens and I'm not sure how a restaurant or a venue for a gig should be. We waited outside for half hour because they change the opening an hour late!People are lined up outside as good citizen following their instruction. But when we get to the door, the hospitality that filipinos bragged about ended right there. We were brought to our table and to our surprise we don't have chairs. We patiently wait for a server and one of the staff asked us how many people in our party and he said the table is reserved for 6 or more people so he will take the table away and will give it to people who are 6 or more in their party! We just looked at him and gave him a gesture of "whatever"!This is unheard of!!!

Excellent Selection of Hand-picked Wines, and Even Better Service Table Wine is my place to go in Jackson Heights to buy wines for any occasion. The people who own and work there are all knowledgable enough to steer you right no matter what kind of wine you seek. I highly recommend you check this shop out.
