I was hopeful it would have the same taste as the location in BK on Kingshighway but it did not have the flavor nor was it properly cooked. Jollibee needs to be consistent if you have to pay that price.

I love Jollibee! Growing up, my mom usually brought us to Jollibee after Church on Sundays. So now that I have my own kiddo, I wanted him to experience my "Jollibee-da ang saya".As always, the food is undeniably good! So nostalgic. We ordered the 12pc bucket meal with 5 sides and 5 pies, plus 2 drinks. My Argentine husband and I were looking forward to the spicy chicken joy and ube pie but unfortunately, the person who took our order said they ran out the day before which is totally understandable since it was soooooo good. If I may suggest, pls do post an announcement that such items are unavailable to set the right expectations. When our fob rang, my husband picked up the order. When he got back, we didn't have anything to eat with so I approached the counter to ask for plates since we want to dine in and the female worker with a hat on stiffly answered "we don't have plates" as if I was bothering her. I know how busy they get, so I briefly explained that we ordered a 12pc chicken meal, and she rudely cut me off and said "how many?" and I answered "four". She bent down to get some of the paper containers for take-out orders and gave it to me swiftly without even looking. I then asked for cutleries and she annoyingly asked "how many?" so I once again answered "four". She handed me a couple of spoon and fork, no napkins, and I said thank you. During this specific time, there was not much queue ordering and waiting for food at the counter so I didn't understand the animosity.I told my husband about it and we laughed it off. But then this lady had to bring bags of orders to the attendant by the door and as she was walking past us, she was side-eyeing us looking stiff and mean. And when she got back at the counter, she was looking again at me only this time because I lookee over the counter trying to figure out what was that and she was talking to colleagues who some were also looking at us. Definitely very weird situation.I am writing this because I see how responsive the admin of this page is. I will always patronize Jollibee and still plan to come back here. I know I'm only one customer compare to yours millions of patrons. But please do orient the staff to be a little nicer and accommodating. I am but one voice but if I'm a fellow filipina yet I experienced, there is a strong possibility that there are other customers who also experienced rudeness but, just didn't bother writing a review.

It’s overrated. The fired chicken was no better than Popeyes, but I waited for 40 mins to get my order. First time in life heard a fast food restaurant needs 40mins to process an order!

Food is great. Not a question. The service is horrible. Very very slow. They have enough crew, the food is ready to be packed. But they move super slow. And i wish they answer their phones for questions because their website is no help.

Damn this place really is understaffed and has no supplies. No spicy chicken joy no palabok and my order I placed at 10AM for pick up at 12:30 was done by 1PM. Just go to the one in Jamaica.

Me and my wife had went to this new place to try it out since we flipped a coin between KFC and jollibee. We had seen many videos before and it looked very appetizing, so we were very excited to try it out. We walked in an ordered which was very simple, but the cashiers were peer pressuring me into buying different deals they offered. The place itself was very clean and busy with the small space inside. Now to the food, we got French fries with 6 pieces of chicken, soda and rice with gravy. It was my wife's first time trying the gravy and for most part she liked it, however with the chicken itself it was crunchy on the outside but the inner was slightly slimy and taste like an actual chicken with no seasoning. It was like that with every piece to the point where the next day when I was coughing I could still taste the actual chicken. To add on, one of the customer sitting infront of us threw up across the table and with the most unpleasing smell we had to leave the place immediately.

Great chicken. But a little too salty for me. Not bad, but probably wouldn't do it again.
