Bought my iced coffee using the app,asked to be buzzed in for restroom,was asked by teen cashier if I had purchased anything,that made me feel like I live on the street trying to use bathroom.then I filled out survey with same cashier for the buy one get one any sandwich I think they give me six Numbers like they always do a survey McDee voice then he says no it’s only four numbers and that’s not going to work. I told him it’s six numbers or whatever numbers it is and it’s correct so we finally got that worked out then my bill is with other stuff $12.51, I gave him $15.51 to get $3 back but he gives me $2.49

I paid for 7 ITEMS AND DIDNT RECEIVE ALL OF THEM. THESE WORKERS ARE LAZY AND DONT PAY ATTENTION. I WANT A REFUND. Someone took my food because they didn’t check the receipts and just was waiting for more than 20 mins watching everyone come and go with their food. When I asked the guy I ordered with why it’s taking so long the guy preparing the food said it was already done😒 and I’m like “I’ve been waiting here on the pick up area and no one called my number. So where’s my food? “ and then the manager said he’ll get it done right now but the lady that gave it to me grabbed my receipt from me like I’m some kind of scammer. I paid for the things I ordered. It’s not my fault you gave my food to someone else! So rude.

I went back after reopened and now the place is a disaster. No flow. Wrong orders. Poor service. Everyone here is clearly stressed out about the changes and it’s so sad.

Workers ignore customers, keep multiple families waiting, I tried being nice multiple times and still didn't get what I needed.
