This place it’s the worst for each customer. I when there and I ask for the special of the two steak for 9.99 the cashier denied about that special . He call the manager and the manager told me no sorry I can’t give you this because with don’t have that promotion . I told them how come .as a manage and my knowledge when we have the sign it’s because it’s already in the computer means systen. I request to talk to the store manager and he told me no sorry . He or she is too busy to see you . I was surprised because the way the manager treat a customer . Them I told him so you will not give me this promotion . After I ask he said ok I will do for this time . But that promotion it’s not in our system that’s why . So faults advertising . I make a report with all the details to Mac donlads but since today I don’t hear anything from them . And this tore the don’t like to give the real received because they don’t want customer scan the code and tell their opinion or the abuse the make over there. I came here today for a sit down mobile order. I wait for a longtime almost an half an hour! I when to the counter and said we been calling you! don't they suppose to bring it to you? after check someone already taken my sit and no sit left and have to stand to eat my food! it horrible service here!

Terrible experience. I asked the lady for a courtesy. Couple water for me and my 75-year-old uncle. She said no only one cup. What we supposed to do, share a cup.

We should up a half hour before the indoor dining closes and they wouldn’t open the doors, mind you they are a 24 hour establishment anyways.
The ice cream taste like the owner cut Conors and made it with 80 percent whip cream and 20 percent milk or actually ice cream …..and froze it

Last night I was trying to eat my dinner and the cleaning lady was super rude at me. Started to clean where I was sitting and saying things in Spanish to me. I tough it was a 24 hours place but she closed all the tables section for a long time and didn’t care the costumers were there first.
