I have been doing the tax filing for the past 6 years there!!! Just because I was missing my one of the years tax documents and requested one in return was asked 10$ which I don’t mind but the attitude the receptionist has. Lost a customer!!! Not going back ever !!

Used their pc for hardly 2 mins, just the time to access my email in order to print 1 single regular paper document. Got the print...1.25$. Ridiculous
