Be aware! Cash only for delivery.
I am a regular customer and told the lady couple of times about the spoiled rice. It seems like she does not care.

I ordered take out for delivery last night and something was entirely off with the food. We all got sick.
I would stay away, not sure what was wrong exactly but I suspect the oil they used was bad.

The service is alright as a normal Chinese spot is . The food was terrible the fried rice seemed like the rice was old . The rice had a old smell to it was very off putting and this is not the first time trying this spot out . The food taste was just entirely off . The food gave me severe diarrhea . The shrimp egg roll which is the simple dish was terrible tasted sweet and just was not the correct taste . Would not recommend this spot.

May 14th, 2:00 in the afternoon. I was calling for a delivery for my dad who is 93 unable to drive and severe arthritis in his knee. We are less than a mile away, and my family has ordered from the Pacific Moon for many years. When I asked which was the smallest the lunch special or the combo of the general tso’s chicken, I was rudely told it will be a minimum order of 25 dollars, she didn’t even answer my order or hear the rest of it, it might have been 25 or close to it. I told her about my dad that he is 93 and doesn’t drive, I said please she said wait a minute and then she said that delivery doesn’t start until 5:00, that is not true. I live upstate NY and help my dad by ordering food occasionally. The people in the Pacific Moon Chinese restaurant should learn how to treat customers, they are insensitive and rudeIt will be a cold day in hell before I get their Chinese food again. Can anyone recommend a good Chinese restaurant?

Do Not Come Here! I ordered Magnolia Beef with rice I only got 3 pieces of beef and the rest was undercooked Mushrooms! The chicken on a stick is very chewy doesn’t taste like chicken but onion rings was decent, don't waste your money!
I cannot leave a high enough review of this establishment. Im in heaven when I’m eating an order of their freshly made (in front of me) Rangoons. Quality and consistency for years. Not a spot for photos but for great food and no gimmicks. Worth the price and solid
