Don’t order delivery. The food takes an hour to come and the chicken and fries were soggy due to the trapped heat and no hole in the packet to vent steam. This place is fine for pizza otherwise and better to eat it dining in.

If I can give this place 0 stars I wouldn’t think about it twice. The marinara sauce that was given with the chicken roll was completely spoiled. What a disgusting putrid rotten sour smell. The audacity to even serve this to the customers and when I called to complaint have a nasty un denial attitude with a hint of arrogance is beyond my understanding. Not even into the first week of 2025 and this is how they start? No wonder Pizza Hut right across the street is killing them. I don’t give this place more than two years at most for them to close unless they hire new people or properly rotate their food. Most items look old anyway.

The old lady at the counter is rude. While waiting for my pizza she accused me of owing her $1. I said that she's got the wrong person because I haven't gotten my food yet nor have I paid. She dismisses me with a wave of her hand. Then when I get my food she pushes the pizza box off the counter into my stomach and stares me down. I am scared now.

This used to be my go-to for classic old school pizza. Unfortunately the economy has taken its toll, the slices are thinner and lighter, like what you get at a cheap dollar pizza place, and the price is higher. $3.50 a slice. Not worth it anymore. I would have paid if they kept up the old school quality.

Waited 3 hours for just a large cheese pie and a large pepperoni pie because they were “busy”. Called them 3 times and they kept saying it was on its way.
This is an old school ny pizzeria. Been here for 30-40 years. Used to have pizza at this place often as a kid, and tasted just as good now. Def recommend if you’re in the mood for real pizza come down to pizza boy II, you won’t regret it

I’ve been ordering from Pizzaboy in Woodside since 8 years and everything was great for years. Lately, they have extremely poor customer service. Whenever I call to order for delivery, the person who answers the phone is extremely rude and screams at me because he doesn’t understand the address and the phone number, they simply don’t speak and understand english at this place anymore! The pizza quality have been also declined, last few months I’ve waited 1,5 hour for delivery because they forgot my order. Many times it wasn’t baked enough. Save yourself and order elsewhere!
