I used to love ordering and eating from this local spot but no more. I ordered some caldo de pollo and got a container full of gizzards with some broth. They are so damn hard you can crack a tooth and tastes like they used a pack of lipton soup mix! Also, the delivery guy literally stood at my door and demanded a tip. Mind you I had cash to give him but wow to actually demand one. Yeah no more for me.

Regular customer here. So I had an unprofessional waitress a female who took forever to bring my drinks and take my order . I also asked her for her name and the boss name and she gave me an attitude then another waiter called Jimenez got involved and came over to the table when I was talking to my waiter he was very disrespectful towards me I told him I will speak to the boss lady when I see her he said he doesn’t care he was talking very loud in front of people and very rude I will never go back it was my first bad experience never happened before I hope the owner gets back to me if not I will go there and talk to her !!!!

Honestly out of all the pollos Mario this place is the worst! The service is horrible! And I live so close but I rather take a train 3 stops to the next one. The servers and the lady who take the phone order are horrible! I’ve tried through the yrs to give this place a chance and they fail me every time.
