I honestly am addicted to pupusas & after reading the great reviews decided to give this place a try turned out to be a bad experience for me I prefer my pupusas to be more thicker fuller of meat & cheese etc & yes I’m from El Salvador so I definitely know what a great pupusa supposed to taste like

Sunnyside has great restaurants so I was looking forward to try this place. When we got to the restaurant it was empty, we waited around 4 minutes for the lady in the counter to come over with the menus, well she didn’t. I had to go to the counter and grab a menu myself. The lady didn’t acknowledged me or even greeted us. She lacks customer service skills, which is a big part of the experience of dining out. It didn’t feel right to be there so we just left.

This cozy spot is my go-to for delicious pupusas! Every time I’m in the area, I make sure to stop by for their incredible sabor. The flavors are authentic, the food is always fresh, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. If you’re craving pupusas, this is the place to be! The only thing is that I need more curtido!! ?

First time ever having pupusas and let me tell you! ! Amazing lol loved it the quality is amazing baxiflalt homemade like ya grandma would make it I’m guessing…found my new favorite food! Food took awhile to come me out but totally worth the while, few tables available for a good vibe overall for a good quick eat

I came a while back and although the pupusas took a while (being at an off-peak hour and made fresh), the pupusas were absolutely amazing and the environment felt so welcoming (I don't know how to describe it, but if you go, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about). Look forward to coming back!
