Just bought a Philly cheesesteak sandwich on a hero coz I was craving it. Never bought one from this place and I was on my way home from work so I thought why not… TERRIBLE IDEA. The meat was SO SALTY! And as you can see from my photos, the $8 sandwich is so small. It looks like they cut the bread more to make it smaller so they don’t have to put more meat. So basically one half of the sandwich is $4 and you can barely get 4 bites out of it.. and I’m a small person! If I wasn’t so tired from working a 12 hrs shift I would have walked back and made them taste the meat and make me a new sandwich or get my money back. I had to throw it out, it was REALLY THAT SALTY.. like the cook forgot to close the salt top and it spilled all on the meat.

i personally think all the workers there are really great. there is one worker at the cashier who does not really speak but that is okay i never had any bad experiences at the is deli (this one worker which i think is honestly cool remembers either your orders or certain products you like to get everytime you go)

The staff are rude and have no customer service experience. Also, on weekends they are NOT open at 6 am. I went at 6:10 am on Saturday, the lights were on but the door was closed. The guy looked at me the ignored me. Also, they will charge you $0.50 extra if you pay by card.

Unfortunately, the man who serves customers has a mediocre and rude attitude. I was counting the money to pay and he was pressuring me and he even told me that he had already told me how much I owed him, that he had not told me the wrong amount and why I was counting my money, I don't understand why they pressure you if you count the money to pay them. His attitude is bad. If they don't like their job of serving customers, they should do something else and not treat those who consume in their business badly.
