Great place to dine. Food is very good and service is great. Food was cooked properly. All dishes were awesome. The pork belly and the marinated short ribs is delicious. Korean bbq is legit here. You need to order atleast 2 orders of meats in order to cook at your table. Great restaurant highly recommended. Tables hold up to six people. Drinks are good here. The short rib soup with glass noodles is delicious.

Food is great. The meat selections are awesome. Service is great.

I have now had the BBQ for lunch eat in, and the lunch special takeout. Good food—but never cheap. My takeout lunch was a combo of Kimchi jjigae and Spicy squid: as pictured. Ten years ago this might have been $16. Today it’s $26. Portions are conservative. It’s probably just the nature of today’s economy.
The quality is high. Premium fresh ingredients are well-prepared. Big, fresh ginger, garlic & chili flavors abound.

This place is lit! Food is great (especially the kimchi) and service is amazing. The guy that served us, I think his name was Pok, was very patient and accommodating. He even suggested which sauce is good with what. Would definitely recommend this place.

We eat Korean boq a lot so I think we have pretty high standards. Sik Gaek was so amazing! It wasn't all you can eat but the quality of the food really came through. All the meat cuts we had were great but our favorite is always marinated kalbi. The starter salad was also a favorite. It's a fun ambiance for family dinner (a little noisy with the kpop music) but they were very nice and turned down the volume upon request. They cook the meat for you.
The service was very attentive and kind! Mike was super helpful and taught us the Korean ways of preparing the lettuce wrap or to combine the meat with daikon. I can't wait to come back!

I used to frequent this spot for years. I realize COVID times have shifted the business quite a bit. They recently moved to a new menu from what it was originally known for (seafood pots, butter squid, etc ) that left me disappointed.

New menu isn’t bad but pricey. Service is always great and vibe is good- I just miss the old menu.

Great service, maybe we were the only table that ordered the bbq. Overall good experience, hope there were more side dishes.

Extremely disappointing order through Uber Eats. The meat was extremely dry and burnt…quality and quantity both poor. My naengmyun felt like it was pre-prepared because the noodle came in a block, and there were no noodle soup.

Would advise anyone from ordering from here.

I found a spot that matches exactly what I look for in good food. Their food never failed to please, don't misunderstand. The team offers help, remains humble, and stays authentic. Every meal satisfies and the spot requires no special travel. I plan to come back very soon.

The food itself was good—especially the cold noodles—but the service left me unsure if the experience was intentional or just inattentive. A large portion of the meat was burned, and when I mentioned it, I was told I could flip and move the meat myself. I wasn’t given tools or guidance on how to handle the large uncut pieces, so that was frustrating. About a third of the meal ended up overcooked.

I’ll give this place one more try, but if the service doesn’t improve, I’ll likely stick with spots in Flushing or K-town where I’ve consistently had better experiences. A simple acknowledgment like, “Sorry, I was busy at another table,” would have gone a long way.

We had an amazing meal with La Kalbi, Fried Calamari, and Gopchang Jjigae — all flavorful and perfectly cooked. The kalbi was tender and rich, the calamari crispy and light, and the jjigae was spicy and comforting. Our sever daina was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!
