This Subway has to be privately owned, he does not accept subway coupons and also most deals thats online are not for this store.

This guy is very rude and refusing to provide customer service and asking for id . For pickup an online order he said he need to check id . I said I dont have id with me he said ok thn go out of the store .

My sandwich was great. The server was a nice older gentleman who also cleaned the floors when I walked in. Perhaps bc I came during off peak hours, it was a nice quiet time to eat inside. The tables and chairs are mostly clean.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
I called and they started screaming when I asked them a question and kept telling me to say “who I am” which didn’t make any sense since I’m a customer. I kept telling him I’m a customer and he kept arguing. Terrible people that work there!
This is the worst of the worst place ever to eat. Zero customer service, most basic customer service like saying hello, asking if they want cheese on their subway sandwich, non existence. Gave me a frozen tuna sandwich before I can I ask the guy to toast it he started with the lettuce without asking me, the manager guy absolute idiot, his attitude is like we owe him an apology for eating there. Dare asking for a water cup, will lie on the face saying there’s no cup, whole cups r right there. Terrible people, subways r in decline, places like this makes it even harder to ever go to subway. What a waste of $12

went in for the first time just to get a pretzel. firstly this store isn't on the app so i had to go order in person and waste my already short break and force myself to order which is hard with AUDHD. i order a pretzel which i know DOESN'T come with cheese and so i ask to PAY FOR A SIDE OF CHEESE and the guy says no he can't do that. which i questioned so he said he'd do it for me as a favor. i ask that he heat that and my cookies up. and what does he do? burn my pretzel and give me ice cold cheese. do not recommend.

Today I visited in Tower Square Shopping Center and was denied access to an accessible restroom, despite the ADA law requiring it. This is a disrespect to the rights of people with disabilities.

I wish I can give this place zero stars. I'm 6 months pregnant and went in to get a sandwich but needed to use the bathroom first. The bathroom was absolutely filthy. Urine all over the floor. I had no place to put my bags. The koala baby station has stains all over it. The scent alone made me lose my appetite. The workers yelled at me because I changed my mind about buying food. Horrible horrible horrible. I will never go there again.
