Don’t order on the app! They will skimp you. The first time it happened I thought maybe it was a one time thing. The second time it happened, I swore to never come here again. This was January of 2025 and I’m writing this review in November, so maybe things have changed but I doubt it.

Been going to this subway for several years since I was a teen to now being an adult. Never had a problem- I recognize staff and they're usually fine. Today one of them that I always see was bothering me over using the soda fountain machine several times. I explained to her that I only was using little bit to taste because the syrups were not saturated and tasted like pure syrup. She wasn't listening and kept going saying I was the only one in the store so I shouldn't be doing that. Which confused me more because I wasn't inconveniencing any other guests due to herself and I being the only ones there at the moment. I took my food and left since she was making such a huge deal over the soda fountain. She was so rude and dismissive which is mind boggling due to how often I went for so many years. Will not be coming back.

Told her I wanted a fountain soda cup but she charged me for a bottle after I already paid because there's no fountain soda which isn't true because it's near the register. I even tested it and it works fine. I told her what she did and didn't want to refund me the difference.

Ridiculous how If I was going to pay cash the price of the food was $5.06. With card it went up to $5.93. Why is it that I have never had this issue with the subways in Corona Queens or any other fast food place. The pin pad doesn't work right when you try to enter in your phone number. Nor do your employees give you time to enter it. This is where at one point she thought I was going to pay card. She back tracked as I said no then the price changed. You're app doesn't work to let me even scan indoors. It maybe a few cents but it's really shady. I expect this in small businesses and restaurants.

The subway workers are SO rude I made a mistake by dropping something 2 times and they yelled at me?! They deserve this rating because I was like I'm so sorry then they kept yelling so rude don't go to this subway and give them money for the rude costumer service!

These people cater to their own kind. I walked in there first and they served someone else that walked in there after me. I didn’t even order and walked out. Stay away !

I believe in second and third chances. This Subway location has failed to meet basic levels of food quality and service.

Besides skimping out on the already going bad food, their staff has not managed to understand the importance of customer service.

When it comes to Subway, I am not expecting a 5-star welcome, but to not be able to use your subway rewards with them is insane!

Real question is: what is corporate’s role to ensure brand standards and expectations are delivered consistently all throughout. At the end of the day, the customer sees the brand: Subway.
