The subway workers are SO rude I made a mistake by dropping something 2 times and they yelled at me?! They deserve this rating because I was like I'm so sorry then they kept yelling so rude don't go to this subway and give them money for the rude costumer service!

I believe in second and third chances. This Subway location has failed to meet basic levels of food quality and service.
Besides skimping out on the already going bad food, their staff has not managed to understand the importance of customer service.
When it comes to Subway, I am not expecting a 5-star welcome, but to not be able to use your subway rewards with them is insane!
Real question is: what is corporate’s role to ensure brand standards and expectations are delivered consistently all throughout. At the end of the day, the customer sees the brand: Subway.

Ok so the woman is very inpatient and she always looks at you as of like she wants you to hurry up. I find that really uncomfortable. A little rude sometimes but they get the job done when you tell them. They put there hands in the lettuce assuming i want lettuce i want sauce. But its ok.
