I had a very unpleasant experience at this place. The staff member who attended me was rude, impatient, and their level of English made communication very difficult. Instead of explaining things clearly, they ended up yelling at me, which made me feel very uncomfortable and offended. I never disrespected them—I stayed calm the whole time—but I decided to leave because I didn’t feel well treated.
I truly hope the owner or management takes this review seriously, as I’ve noticed I’m not the only one who’s had a negative experience with this same person. There are several other reviews mentioning similar behavior. Good customer service is essential, and how you’re treated makes all the difference.
And the worst part? I just wanted a simple bacon, egg & cheese. I left feeling disappointed and disrespected.

The guy that works there is a joke, he doesn’t accept coupons sometimes, I’ve had issues with him since he worked at the subway at 51 street and Roosevelt and him working in this location is just as bad, when I asked him nicely where is my drink, he didn’t understand what I was saying and he gave me attitude with his disgusting disrespectful loud mouth, I hope this guy gets fired
