I ordered a Bolon Mixto, and while I'm bitting I felt this metal fiber in my mouth. After that I wasn't hungry anymore, so I told the waiter about what happened and he just said that things like that happen, it's just normal and the only thing he could do to fix the situation would be discounting the coffee which wasn't fair. Additionally, he charged me a tip of 22% in advance without asking me if I agree to tip for this disgusting meal. They scam you like that so you don't notice when swiping the card, and he was still expecting the tip on the merchants copy. It is just the worst experience ever.

When you ask for the check, they don’t give you a printed or electronic version—they just tell you the total, without explaining what they’re charging for. They include the tip automatically, which is fine, but they don’t tell you that upfront. And when you pay by card, there's still a space to write in a tip, which can be confusing. Honestly, the service doesn’t warrant tipping twice

It I ordered worse in the application and the same application selected another dish, not me, and I called and the manager was super rude. They had already made the dish in 30 seconds and it took me 2 hours to receive the order but they did it in 30 seconds. They don't care about winning a customer, they just want to charge double with an order canceled instantly without knowing that that customer isn't He comes back and that demeaning attitude of a manager shows that he is not prepared for human resources... a client who does not return gas
