Provisions Takeout & Catering

We brought in Emily and her crew from Provisions to create grazing table at our wedding cocktail hour. It was better than expected!! Our guests LOVED it! Visually perfect and delicious! My experience working with Emily was the perfect combo of personal and professional. Highly recommend for your catering needs. Thank you, guys!

We just used Provisions for a micro wedding in Hunter and cannot recommend them enough! All the guests commented on the wonderful food. The stuffed mushrooms, roasted chicken, and potatoes were especially delicious! Thanks to the Provisions team for their help!

I got a small catering order from Provisions for a family get-together- sandwiches, bagel platters, orzo salad, veggies and dip- and everything was amazing. Every single person in the family was impressed, that's hard to do! The focaccia was a real highlight. And the process was easy- I told them what I was thinking and got useful guidance on what and how much to order- we ended up with the exact right amount, which I never would have been able to figure on my own. So much easier and better than grocery shopping for a group, I'll definitely do it again and can't recommend them more highly.

Food at a wedding is a funny thing. Everyone wants good food at their wedding, but often times in the maelstrom of chaos that is the actual day most people simply recall it as "pretty good". Provisions does better.

Emily, Anthony, and their team worked with us to create our dream menu while keeping in our modest budget. They understood the vibe and energy we were aiming for in our wedding. We wanted a stationed buffet, where guests could sample multiple dishes instead of just having one. They worked with us and crafted options that ensured that every guest had multiple options to choose from. We had an absolutely amazing tasting where we cleaned our plates entirely

During the planning phase, Emily was a super clear and effective communicator. We knew exactly what we needed to get to her and when, and if she needed something from us there was no confusion about that. On the day of our wedding the Provisions team executed everything perfectly. So many guests came up to us loving both the quality of the food and variety of it. Make sure you try their pulled pork and balsamic chicken, both of those were huge hits!

If we ever have another event that we need catering fore, we're definitely going to see if provision can do it. As soon as we can make our way back up to them we're going to be getting some takeout because we weren't able to eat as much as we wanted during our wedding day!

Provisions provided catering to a small elopment event I was hosting and it was simply amazing. The food was delicious but even more than that the service was exemplary. Emily was quick and responsive to questions about dietary restrictions and portion questions with suggestions when I needed them. She was also extremely helpful when I realized I screwed up the date the food was needed last minute (100% my fault). And of course again, the food was amazing and any leftovers after the event was eaten quickly and happily. Amazing service, amazing food, I will be using Provisions again given the chance. Could not reccomend them more.

Best burger and fries in Ulster county!!!
I wasn't expecting much from a menu that was heavily vegetarian influenced, but I took a chance and ordered a burger takeout platter. I was surprised! It's been a while since I had a delicious, cooked to perfection, gourmet style, hearty 1/2 lb. Hamburger, choice meat, on a delicious bun. Yes, Quality meat. Every bite was an absolute delight.

And unlike the bland, Costco bulk fries most restaurants serve, the fries at Provisions are hand cut and they season them to perfection.

And a second big takeout (sorry for the pun), the price was extremely reasonable (in these inflationary times). At current prices, I would have paid the same as MacDonalds.

I'll be back and for my next family event, as their menu says events are their specialty, I'm going to see if they're available.

My coworkers and I try to get provisions as often as possible. The food is delicious and so fresh. Service is great, Allie & Emily are incredible. It should also be noted that Emily the owner has done incredible things for the community, absolutely selfless & locally owned can’t get much better.

Personally and professionally I love ordering from Provisions. My co workers and I try to get it often. Everything is extremely fresh and delicious and the staff is incredible. It should also be known that I have seen the owner do incredible things for the community.

Unreal delicious sandwiches…. On house made Focaccia bread.. absolutely recommend this place to anyone.. if it’s not directly on your way somewhere do yourself the favor and make a detour.

I was so sad when I learned about Provisions moving out of Woodstock. When I first went there, I honestly didn’t expect that the food was so good! The wait staff was very nice and the food came fast. My food was really flavorful and tasty. I got takeout once from them and it wasn’t as good as when I went there in person. They now have a restaurant in Boiceville and they also do catering.

Wonderful experience food was amazing staff was a pleasure to interact with can't wait to come back the atmosphere was amazing, everything was Ada accessible bathrooms were clean and sanitary
