Worse Dunkin Donuts ever. Purchased 2 chocolate chip muffins and they were hard, old and stale. The workers know that those muffins were sitting out there forever and they still try to sell them. Shame on you.

Ordered boxes of munchkins, took forever to get, guys kept getting distracted and not getting them. After we got them they were almost all stale.

Had a get together for which we decided to get 2 boxes of hot chocolate and one box of coffee; plus 2 dozen donuts of select types. Called the week, and day before to confirm this was viable, was assured by the manager that they could handle the order.
The morning of our function, we tried to call ahead (as we'd been told) but couldn't get through. When we arrived, we reiterated the order and said we would return in about 25-30 min to pick it up.
After running another quick errand; we returned and took our items within the time-frame we'd given.
The order totaled over $120.
When we brought the stuff to our party, (10 min away) those who went for the coffee/hot chocolate noted they were already lukewarm to cool.
Additionally, they called a number of audibles on the donuts; meaning we ended up with excess numbers of certain ones and few to none of the others we wanted.
The only bright spots on the shop are the friendliness of the staff; but it otherwise appears they aren't adequately prepared to function as a Dunkin', even in the relatively quiet town of Wurtsboro.
Hoping they can turn it around, but would not recommend at this point

Saturday 10/12/24 between 4:05pm and 4:20pm, I went in to order my usual caramel iced latte and the girl cleaning the counter over the ice storage container was literally spraying cleaner on the counter, above the ice storage, with the ice container wide open, wiping the stuff from the counter right in to the ice storage. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I had to walk out.
There are 3 or 4 really good employees there, that care about what they're doing. Everyone else couldn't give 2 f's.
Management needs to get their shit together and train these employees the right way before they end up killing someone.

Prices are above the chain prices because they are independently owned so good luck with that. Would love to support local but we regret it every time.

Every time I go here it is a complete and utter waste of time. Nobody in that store knows what's going on. Everybody is running around like a chicken without a head on. I made my mobile order. Waited 15 minutes. Walked in still wasn't ready after 15 minutes. It still was never made. I just walked out at that point. They have random cups all over the counter. I know Dunkin isn't the cream of the crop but for a new store holy moly this place should've never opened. Don't even bother walking in here you're better off driving an extra 20 minutes to Ellenville to get your coffee. You'll probably be back with your coffee faster than if these people were to make it if they even look at the orders on the board.
