I’ve given this store so many chances only cause it’s closer to my house but everyone in that store needs to be drug tested the way they mess up everytime is crazy my husband legit just left there i was on phone while he ordered a md hot coffee pumpkin cream only she repeated it back and still gave him a med hot Carmel cream and sugar then you try to call and speak to manager phone never works

This Dunkin is terrible service is so slow takes 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee … breakfast sandwich's taste funny and they never have the donut's ya want staff seem clueless and under trained

How do you place the mobile order and you still have to wait like a half an hour arriving at 9:30 in the morning and you don't get it till like 10:00 but explain something to me. How can you confuse a bagel and a croissant when it says in black and white on the order a plain bagel with egg and cheese and they go and just give me a croissant make it make sense. I asked at the window if I have everything and they said yes. How come they can't read here?

Always takes forever to get your order, even when you order ahead. I was excited when Dunkin announced it would be happening in Wurtsboro. But it's not worth it. You have to plan at LEAST 20 minutes for your order and hope it's right, which is always a hit or a miss. Same thing with staff- you either get nice staff or staff who are blatantly rude.
This is a literally the worst Dunkin’ Donuts Will not be coming in here again

Very small location on the side of the gas station, not sure what I expected. Ordered a regular coffee and a caramel craze and they were absolutely disgusting. The coffee tasted burnt and had almost no sugar in it. Really disappointed would not recommend one out of 10.

It’s apparently the new practice to remove the handle from the door and lock it cause they can’t handle a rush. They are rude and waited 30mins for a watered down iced coffee. But asked them to remake it he complained how busy they are. But not to busy to argue with me. This store is a dumpster fire. And whoever is running it needs to go.
