“What a wonderful find! We are from NYC and have a home in the Catskills, we found Giovanni’s by chance a few years ago and have been coming here ever since. In the Summer they open the outdoor garden for dining and on Wednesday night Giovanni makes amazing personal pizza’s to order from his brick oven, not only great pizza but entertaining to watch Giovanni at work. We are never disappointed in the food or portions, I live his veal parmigiana, tender, not too cheesy and melts in your mouth. The mussels marinara are amazing served with garlic bread for sopping! The lasagne is great as well, meaty in a wonderful tomato sauce. We have never been disappointed! Great service as well. The atmosphere is real mountain lodge, cozy and informal. Plenty of parking outside. The best part is the price, dinner for 4, with wine/ drinks, about $35/ person, very reasonable.”

“The best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The staff is amazing too. The young man Hayden always makes you feel better with his smile as he greets you and takes your order, working the phones, and a number of other duties. With a smile on his face. I think the entire staff and owners are very nice and take time out to chat, even when super busy The entire staff are amazing. I highly recommend trying their food. It’s such an amazing experience that you won’t like other Chinese restaurants.”

“I absolutely love this place! I in stop a lot on my way to work. the woman that runs the place is Super friendly and actually remembers how I like my coffee. (That is rare these days!!) This is one of my favorite spots in Wurtsboro. While I don't change my coffee often, I LOVE that their drink flavors shift for the seasons! It's fantastic. Sometimes you can get lucky and they may have a flavor out of season.”

“I went to outbacks for the steak special on 3/23 that I seen on TV for $14 baked potatoes salad or soup & cheese cake the server said not here its 19$ then also I didn't know the restaurant offered a senior discount I just saw it on my phone to give my review why is the special only in certain cutbacks? That's mis-¹ representation the proce should be the same in all Outback Restaurants im 80 years old and I should of been aware in the restaurant of a senior discount by the way I enjoyed the dinner”

“Ate here tonight for the first time with my husband. We had chicken samosas which were great with yummy sauces. I had shrimp curry and my husband had chicken curry…both were delicious! Portion sizes were very good. The service was great and everyone was very nice working there! We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!”

“Finally got to Hook & Reel!! Great vibe, great food! We sat at the bar and enjoyed Danielle’s company. Rob, was an incredible insight to the short history of this restaurant and is wonderful. We chatted about the history of this type of venue in Middletown and how to survive. He gets it. While chatting, his head was on a swivel, watching his guests and crew. Rob spoke so highly about his crew, you would think they were family. I am so glad I went and enjoyed the family atmosphere. Well done team!!”
