“It was my first time here tonight. OMGG I couldn't believe the sign when I walked in the door. first of all, two slices of pizza and a fountain soda for $5. I even commented how I haven't seen those prices since high school over 20 years ago LOL. it was $21 for four specialty slices and two fountain sodas. you cannot beat it! The staff was very friendly. place was clean, and the food was excellent. I said to my boyfriend if I had one complaint. it was that it had too much meat on the pizza if you could believe that LOL. it was over the top! I almost dare you to eat two slices of chicken bacon ranch LOL. keep up the good work guys. Best pizza around”

“Delicious hot dogs, sliders and sandwiches. I ordered the Chino dog which is a taste sensation. It’s cash only, but they have an ATM on-site. Can get busy but they move everyone along pretty quickly. Definitely worth a detour if you’re driving past on I-84 or are the area. A Hudson Valley gem for sure.”

Great location to grab a cuppa for me after the kids browse the library, and every cup gets a stamp on their frequency card so every 10th cup is free. so much better than moldy coffee from franchised spots.”

“A true taste of the island right here in Middletown! I had the rice with pigeon peas, paired with pulled pork and fried plantains. Everything was made fresh to order and packed with authentic, bold flavor. This place has been open for years for a reason—it’s an absolute staple in the community. Don’t sleep on this spot!”

“My eating experience at Makgeolli Brewery & Pub was sincerely five star. The owner, Rosalyn, made sure to stay open for me even thought I was by myself. The grilled eel and banchan were incredible; multiple dishes were made with vegetables from her garden out front. And the makgeolli, home brewed!!, was the perfect combination of dry with a little tang/sweetness. It was so refreshing. And yet I think I appreciated most the orange Rosalyn and I split at the end (she was kind enough to hold conversation with me while I ate). Highly recommend!”

“Happened to be in Middletown and looking for a quick bite. Luckily found this spot. Nothing fancy just good fresh food as Abuela would cook it. From the start restaurant seating area was spotless clean. Then freshly made Agua fresca's and guacamole. The tacos were tasty and came with thier homemade red and green sauces, some heat but not over powering. It's just good simple food and reasonable priced. If in the area and in mood for some authentic Mexican food and tacos definitely would recommend.”
