This place is by far one of the best Chinese food restaurants in all of the east coast. The fried chicken wings are crispy, perfectly cooked, and flavorful. They also have hot sauce and soy sauce and duck sauce, all original sauces. Love a side of egg fried rice with chicken wings. Food is always hot and on time. I have been coming here for years. My family and I have been eating at Ming Moon since Day 1 at least 20 years ago. I eat there all the time and the staff remembers my usual order to my personal specification before I have to ask. Food is great and the portion is nice for the price. It's ready fast and the friendly staff appreciates their customers. Recommend it for take out Chinese food in Wurtsboro.

I ordered take out. Chicken and Broccoli 🥦. Hot and spicy shrimp 🦐 and an order of dim sums to go. Everything was delicious. Even had enough to have for lunch tomorrow. Very reasonable prices too. The service was fast and friendly.
