Brooklyn fish has really good food and great customer service. I sometimes call in advance and make sure what I want is prepared to my specific liking and they always make sure it's done to perfection ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The chicken was did not cook well the rice and beans was over night food it smell really bad mf mc n cheese smell bad The customer service was really bad. I do not recommend this place.

Probably the best authentic soul food in Suffolk county! All take-out so, its good to call it in if you're in a hurry. We ordered Mac and cheese, collard greens, fried chicken and wings. Be prepared to lick your fingers it's slamming delicious! Collard greens passed the test! Chicken cooked to perfection wings very tasty and mac and cheese was exactly how they make it down south! I ordered via Uber Eats a chicken meal and received just 2 legs which were uncooked, rubbery and pink with blood still on the bone. I also ordered a small banana pudding which was stale and watery. Perhaps if I was to order in person I would not have selected the pudding they sent me. I couldn’t enjoy my meal. I won’t ever order chicken or banana pudding from here again.

I ordered for the 1st time today, received thru an outsourced delivery service. I had the whiting & rice. IT WAS DELICIOUS! I would've preferred a larger portion of the fish. The rice was banging! I will definitely order again. I can't wait to try either the salmon or Red Snapper next.

Rude! Rude! Rude! Staff you want to support but the attitude of the staff is disgusting. Call before I placed an order and they said I could place it on DoorDash placed the order then they cancelled and claimed they didn’t have anything I ordered and were so rude. I went to the Dominicans in deer park! They never fail food was amazing!!! I will never support Brooklyn fish again.

Do not order a fish sandwich from here. It's a huge disappointment and clearly they need to check their food. All they give you is fish and 2 slices of bread AND the bread was molded. I will never order from this disgusting place ever

came on my break from 20 minutes away. it says online they are open i arrive the door is locked and there’s people inside just looking at me. I called no answer if your restaurant is closed please say so on the internet so nobody’s time is wasted!!!! 0 stars for customer service

Food is decent but the lady has an attitude problem. Literally left my food way behind the partition and picked up a call. I wasn’t raised like that, don’t appreciate it and just simply won’t return.

Got my food and it wasn't what I ordered they gave me cheap thighs instead of the breast I paid for and was very nasty about it when I called them. Horrible customer service didn't offer to make it right and hung up phone.
