“I love the tacos and chicken soup. Sometimes, they don't have chicken, which is a hundred percent what I want, I'll take the beef. It's in the neighborhood of wyandanch, which is 80% minority. However, when I walk in, I feel so uncomfortable they do not give you a warm welcome. The attitude is like why you're in here. I just started noticing they do not wear gloves, and my stomach is very sensitive, so when they bring gloves back, I'll be back. It gross that they touch the food with their bare hands. Other than that, the soup is rich, and the taco meat is soft.

“I'm going to be completely honest, I'm not a fan of their fried chicken. I think it has an unusual oily smell/taste and I prefer Kennedy Fried Chicken's chicken. But, the other items available here makes it so nice to stop by. Their prices are great too. I'd recommend their potato wedges, fried jumbo shrimp, burgers, and gyros. The people that work here are wonderful and are a big reason why I come back. The gentleman at the front also speaks Spanish and helps people order, you can tell everyone appreciates him.

“Recently i heard about Bittermans bbq ...I have to say i havent had smoked ribs chicken that good in a long time ! The portions were large and the meats were moist/tender and some of the best ribs i have had in years...The coldslaw was excellent and the mashed potatoes was spot on...The owner gave me a sample of the chili pulled pork on my potatoes...These fellows know about real barbeque ...The sauce /vinegar was the perfect sauce for the chicken ribs ...Im looking forward to making another visit and trying their cornbread as well!”

“This is an appreciation post for Bruno, the kind gentleman working at the register. It's my first time eating at a Smashburger and I asked for a recommendation. This man did not disappoint. I mentioned liking chicken sandwiches, so without hesitation, he steered me towards the Scorchin Crispy Chicken Sandwich WITH regular mac and cheese on top, and it was... dare I say... SMASHING 🙌 He was attentive, knowledgeable, and, most of all, sincere. Great first experience, definitely recommend Smashburger and this location, mainly because of my main man Bruno 🙏”

“If you want a place to go eat with dirty hands this is the one! Bathroom is always closed but there’s an alley not too far away. You can tell management really cares about the customer experience when they keep the bathroom closed from customers. And they even have tables, that alone would be a health department violation(tables without a working bathroom) but who has time to call them anyway? I think the stuff here is delicious but it could also be the flavor from the last customer on the door handle so who knows?”

The food was terrific, and the Cocktails were to die for! 🤩🥳😍 Mushroom toast with/ Marscarpone was AMAZING, Steak AMAZING, Mussels-The broth was So good! Tuna Tartare- the Lemon Aioli I'm still dreaming about, Grilled Octopus- grilled to perfection, Street corn- tarragon flavor really came out. My Husband Loved the Chicken Tostadas. We had no room left - but I want to return for the Nom Nom Noodles and everything else!!”
