Won’t return…..I’ve been coming here since they opened because it was closer even though the females that work there are extremely unpleasant. I came in one day with no greeting from staff. Just someone asking me what I wanted to order. However, a white male entered right after me and the female smile, said Hi how are you, and asked how can I help you today. Now if this happened once I wouldn’t think too much about it, but unfortunately it wasn’t. I think bad service is expected at Jamaica restaurants but I’m extremely big on customer service so I won’t be returning. I

Wow! I don't know who was working today but they PACKED my plate! The people are also super nice and friendly. My mom and I always come here when she's craving oxtail and I want some good chicken. The food is immaculate. I will always reccomend Island Jerk. <3

The women that work there are always unpleasant. No smile, no thank you, and just a sour face. I used to frequent there weekly and was planning a large catering order from them. However, after the continued bad attitude I have decided not to spend anymore money there and all the people I referred also stopped going because you feel like you are bothering them when you order. I hope they remember without customers your business is nothing. Lastly, I hope the owner sees this and hire pleasant people who enjoy working with a smile.

I had jerk chicken with rice and peas, the rice and peas was good the chicken was not jerk chicken.

When I placed my order, I felt like I was bothering them to work. My large order of brown stew chicken (meat only) became a disaster. The server forgot to close the cover, and it spilled on my car floor. Hence, the chicken was dry. We got two coco breads, and they were fresh. My family was upset with me for bringing a bad meal for dinner. I hope you change your service and take care of your customers. I will most likely not return. I do not like to leave a bad review, but this was a disaster for me.

Whom ever has assumed the cooking responsibilities does not belong in the kitchen.
From an undercooked goat to a cow foot soup, that is sub par at best.

Great food wish they served on real plates with silverware. Too much plastic wastefullness.

I have been going here every week once a week. Today the food was inedible. I was literally in shock. All meat pieces were tough and inedible no gravy, just very dry and inedible. Extremely disappointed and very upset as a lot of money was spent and I could not eat this at all and i have been supporting this business now for months and months. Unfortunately I will no longer be coming here after this experience.

The food is delicious. Especially the jerk chicken with peas and rice. The curry chicken is just as great. Love love love eating from there. Very pleasant people ? ☺️ ?

A thin layer of cheese on top of a 25.00 order of macaroni and cheese plus a tip does not constitute real authentic macaroni and cheese.Underneath the thin layer of cheese was loose noodles and no flavor.The vegetable patti was decent.Please Do Better.
