The food was good. I just wish they put the cream cheese on the bagel and not over the whole in the center. Also, service was a bit slow. It was very obvious that they were understaffed.
Walked in, waited for five minutes. Was told twice to wait at "pick up" to make my order instead of the cash register, but was ignored otherwise. Just moved in practically next door, but guess I'll find a different place for my usual coffee 🤷

Hands down the slowest dunkin in upstate. It's always a 20-25 minute commitment choosing this location, regardless of how many customers are in line. Workers are nice but there is zero sense of urgency even when there's a line of cars out to the road and customers filling the lobby.
Update: They must've gotten a whole new crew since I first reviewed, so I am happy to update my review now that this location has done a 180 and is on par with other dunkin's...
