We love brunch and our go to is typically Saratoga Winery, Henry’s Tavern, and the Tipsy Moose. However thanks to the 518 Foodie Facebook group I have a bucket list of brunch spots all over the 518 we want to try. This past Saturday we checked the first one off our list when we travelled to Wynantskill to visit Eadilyn's Table. We arrived around 10:30 am and we’re seated promptly. We found the cafe to be exceptionally clean, bright and nicely decorated. Waitstaff meet us at our table immediately and took our drink order (mimosa flight for me, IPA for hubs) By the time our drinks were served we had decided on our meals. Eggs Benny for both us. Him corned beef, me tomato spinach. We expected the meals to take longer to be made being a from scratch kitchen but surprisingly the wait wasn’t long at all. Portions were good, not too small, not too generous, and presentation was good. Both of us found our dishes to be lacking in flavor which resulted in us both adding salt to our meals. For my husband salt is a staple and part of his everyday food groups so he doesn’t count lol, but I almost never reach for the table salt. This time was the exception as the dish desperately needed something. The poached eggs were cooked well. The hollandaise sauce was nice. The English muffins could have been toasted and made crisper but that is my personal preference. Husband loved the corn beef said it was the perfect tenderness. The home fried potatoes were great, loved the diced onions (but needed that added salt) and they could have been on the crispier side. Plates were cleared, check arrived and all in all no issues. We enjoyed our experience and although we would never travel the 40 minutes out of our way again, should we find ourselves in these neck of the woods we would certainly return.

With its superb food and opulent setting, Eadilyn's Table in New York is a culinary marvel that has captured my heart and taste buds. This luxury restaurant has distinguished itself as one of the best places to eat by providing a memorable culinary experience.I was charmed with Eadilyn's Table's opulent and exquisite atmosphere the moment I walked in. An elegant and intimate atmosphere is created by the modern decor, which includes exquisite artwork and gentle lighting, making it the perfect location for a special occasion or an unforgettable evening.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here although the waitress was very nice but the rest for me was bad. I ordered French toast that came with a side of fresh fruit. When I got my food, it was 4 tiny pieces of an apple and 2 blueberries. For $13.99, that is unacceptable. The waitress told me it was a mini side of fruit which is a joke to me and certainly did not say that on the menu. When I cut into my French toast, I noticed MOLD. The waitress told me it was from the grill and that they didn’t clean it right which is gross and didn’t make me feel any better however I did not believe that because the mold was inside the bread. Instead of asking if I wanted anything else, as I sat there starving, the item was removed from our $200+ bill but I am still so disappointed in the whole experience. I’ve heard great things about this restaurant but I certainly would not recommend.

I was with a couple of friends and we try to find interesting and out-of-the-way places for breakfast. And the service was very friendly. The coffee was filled regularly and no complaints with that. I agree that the place was noisy despite not being full. The three of us each ordered an omelette. You have your choice of vegetable ingredients and can add meat or cheese for extra. The omelette was small. I’m not sure if these are two egg or three egg omelettes, but I am used to the size that most diners serve. Also, you are presented with a choice of toast and potatoes or fruit. If you want toast and fruit as I do, you need to pay extra. It seems like they would be more accommodating to a substitution for just the potatoes again like many diners are doing, perhaps tomatoes, perhaps give the fruit and still give toast. Our waitress suggested a single pancake when one of our party ordered one on the side. She basically said that you couldn’t leave without trying one of their pancakes. I have had much better. The pancake was fried crispy on top. Pancakes are not supposed to be crispy. it was also overdone. To their credit they do give real maple syrup. It is strange to subtract points from a review because a place is too fancy but that’s what I’m going to do. The table next to us had Benedict‘s and mimosas which looks great. I would suggest that if that’s what you’re looking for come here but if you’re looking for a hearty well cooked breakfast stay with a diner. We’ll probably not return.

I had brought my family on April 2 for a family breakfast. There were two adults, three children and one baby. I came because I was hungry. On my recommendation we came out. After all of my family’s food was brought out, and 20 minutes later, when they had said that they had forgotten mine, they asked if I would like mine to go. No. I went to have breakfast with my family. Not to watch my family eat. And then she had the gall to come out to the table with the bill. So, I paid the bill. But I will never recommend anyone to go here ever. This was absolutely atrocious service. In addition to that, my baby had needs. My wife, bringing the baby to the restroom, found they have no changing table on site at all. So if you have kids, certainly not a place for them. If you have money, certainly not a place to spend it, as you will just get to watch other people eat. So unless you’re an anorexic, go somewhere else.

While the wait was long and it was packed and noisy, the place was beautiful and the food excellent. We have eaten there 2 times now and it was the same each time. The food is worth the wait.

This is our absolute favorite brunch place. We have brought all of our close family and friends to experience the food and atmosphere which are second to none. The attention to detail and fact that everything is made to order is even more of a reason to visit. We recently had our daughters baby shower there and we cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. Anna is amazing as is her staff. They made our day magical with perfect food for over 50 guest and never missed a beat. We are so very thankful for Ann and her team and we hope you will visit her establishment soon, you won’t be disappointed.

The wife and I were out for an early Sunday drive, decided to look for a new place for brunch. Wife picked Eadilyn's, which was a small drive from where we were, but so worth it.A full parking lot was a good sign. The place was busy, a touch loud (sound-damping ceiling tiles helped), yet had a relaxed vibe. We were greeted cordially and had to wait just a minute or two to be seated. That gave us time to see the staff in action. They were busy, but everyone was unstressed and working together.Drinks: Excellent coffee from Capital City Coffee. Well made café au lait, perfect microfoam on top. Regular coffee was hot, fresh, and high-quality. I also tried a beer cocktail: the Brewed Mary. Homemade bloody mary mix, heavy on the horseradish, with Ithaca Flower Power IPA instead of vodka. What a perfect pairing.Food: Quite a large and somewhat eclectic menu. Ingredients were fresh, high quality, and expertly prepared. My wife's caprese omelette and my burrata toast were amazing. Homemade desserts were literally the icing on the cake. 'Nuff said. Our server, Taylor, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and just attentive enough. She helped make our meal special.Oh yes, the place was spotless too.Awesome awesome awesome. We will definitely be back.
