As an Indian living in the USA, Indian Flames feels like a comforting reminder of home. The buffet includes classics like veg & non-veg including desserts and mango lassi all rich with authentic flavors. The welcoming staff and cozy setting make it a perfect spot to enjoy real Indian food and reconnect with familiar tastes.
Based on all of the excellent reviews, we decided to drive out to Wynantskill and give Indian Flame a try. Arriving just before noon, my wife and I were greeted cordially at the door and offered our choice of tables in their amply sized dining room, as only two tables were occupied. The walls were decorated with oversized Indian-style prints, very bright, festive and eye-catching. One of the best Indian meals I’ve had in New York State. It was perfectly spiced and my order was correct. The staff was super friendly and I’m looking forward to going to their lunch buffet!
