Went through drive-thru and ordered the Big Mac value meal. had to ask for the drink again. Then different person came to window and thought I was a new customer and had to tell him I ordered a drink with my meal and waiting to get it. Got home, and the sandwich was good, but the fries were cold. They need to get better at what they are doing.

This place closed the inside over an hour early when they close at 11pm. Many people have gone up to the door to find them locked. They aren’t friendly either and don’t seem to want to be here at all. I get it but at the same time you’re a corporate business that is constantly busy it’s not like there’s never anyone here where you can close the inside.

I used to drive out of my way to go to this McDonalds over East Greenbush but it's gone rapidly downhill. The staff has terrible customer service. As I type this at 747pm, I'm sitting at the speaker in the drive thru where I've been for 11 minutes and they still haven't taken my order as the line grows behind me. There is one vehicle up at the pick up windows. This is actually insane and there is no excuse for it

Don't bother on weekends. Especially if youre handicap, When the delivery truck shows up everyone has to move thier vehicle from the parking lot. And they expect you to jump, leaving your food on the table, or even going as far as to refuse to give you your food till you move. Though the consistency of terrible employees who are self centered and care nothing of service or the customer is atleast a standard. I truly wouldn't bother with this location. Chances are you won't even get what you ordered in the drive thru and with having to play musical cars when you go inside it just isn't worth it.

Customers tend to leave a mess at times, but service was excellent. Staff cleaned it up quickly and when my grandson didn't like the condiments on the burger they offered to remake it. So kind, my grandson asked to leave them a tip for their good service. It teaches him appreciation and good manners to leave the tip.
