The food here is good for a quick lunch and the ingredients are usually fresh. Unfortunately, recently when I have been going, one of the employees there has not been doing her job very well. She always seems disinterested and zoned out, as if she would rather be anywhere else in the world. I usually have to tell her my order multiple times before she gets it correct. The most recent time I went there, I had gotten my food and I was paying, and I gave her a full minute before...
The owner Dave is great and he now runs two stores or more. He is really good at what he does. The store has discontinued a lot of choices for food. Our order was wrong and we did a mobile order. We had food sitting on the shelf and didn’t know. We sat there waiting and the order was wrong anyway. Not trying to be mean here cause I really like Dave and most of the people he has working there but sometimes they are off. And in his defense many subways are getting rid of choices...
The subway in Wynantskill is owned by a gentleman named Dave. Dave recently had this subway remodeled, and holy cow does it look amazing! Finally, the appearance matches the personalities of the employees. This subway has been a reliable source of lunch for me for about 4 years. During this time, I've gotten to know several employees there, and the owner. Dave is an incredibly kind owner and cares about his consumers. The sandwiches are always made neatly and well organized....
