During my recent visit here on Monday 0ct 13th 2025, I experienced an extremely disappointing level of customer service. The man at the register was noticeably impatient and dismissive throughout the ordering process. He continuously interrupted while we were trying to explain our order, appearing visibly irritated and unwilling to listen.
Despite our order being very simple, it was prepared incorrectly. When we politely returned to have the mistake corrected, the same employee responded with a dismissive and disrespectful attitude, as though the error were our fault. Rather than offering an apology or making an effort to resolve the issue, his behavior only escalated the frustration of the situation.
The entire interaction left a highly negative impression of your establishment. I sincerely hope management addresses this matter to ensure that future customers are treated with the professionalism and courtesy that should be expected from any place of business.
Bagel Boss is okay. Very expensive for what you get, and the quality isn’t always there. Their app is also terrible, uses AI and doesn’t work half the time. Personally, I recommend going to a different local bagel place. I wanted to love this place for the convenience factor alone (close to my home, app used to let me order in advance) but it’s simply not worth it to come here.
