I don’t know why they put people on to cook that don’t know how to cook!
I asked for two eggs, scrambled SOFT with one slice of turkey. Mayonnaise black pepper. I open the sandwich to find that they didn’t scramble it soft, but you can see that they overcooked it, which I hate because you can taste it on an egg if you overcook it! I had to eat it. I am a diabetic and I could not wait to eat so I ate some of it to get the “hangry” off, but I’m gonna reconsider next time I’m in the area. I don’t think I’m coming back.

Showed up at 5 am to buy bagels and rolls to bring home upstate NY. Had to wait for bagels. Manager gave me free coffee while I waited. Ordered a BE on HW toast. Got a BE on a bagel. I ate it anyway. It was good. Got my bagels and rolls and headed out on my 296 mile trip smelling fresh bagels all the way.

All the workers are rude as hell , lady’s in there making someone’s food touching her phone and her hair with her gloves on , very nasty , waiting 25 minutes for one bagel that was sitting behind the counter never called our order saying it was ready

Very disappointed. Ordered an egg bagel with ham and Swiss and an onion bagel with sausage egg an american. They completely screwed it up. The meats and bagels were on the wrong sandwich. I mean come on how hard is it to get it right? They even had the order in front of them! Bagels seemed stale and had a horrible taste. Never coming back!
