Bagel Boss is okay. Very expensive for what you get, and the quality isn’t always there. Their app is also terrible, uses AI and doesn’t work half the time. Personally, I recommend going to a different local bagel place. I wanted to love this place for the convenience factor alone (close to my home, app used to let me order in advance) but it’s simply not worth it to come here.
We have been coming to this location for about a year and the service has been amazing. Viviana is one of the nicest persons at this location that has taken care of us when we ordered and the service has been spectacular.
I am very pleased with Bagel Boss service very convenient,,very clean and fresh daily Breakfast ,,,Vivian is a very professional server attentive and always in good spirits and is always there to help ,,,aswell as staff they are very friendly ,I do recommend Bagel Boss If you're around the area
