We wanted to stop by for happy hour drinks and apps. I called beforehand to confirm that it was happy hour and was told that it was, I even asked twice being that it's Friday just to confirm, and was reassured. Upon arrival we were told it was in fact not happy hour. I asked to speak to the manager to explain we stopped by because of the information provided on the phone. He brushed us off and said everyone makes mistakes. Yes that's true, and as the manager he had both the discretion and the obligation to make it right. He could have honored the promotion or gave us a discount to "fix" the mistake on his staff's behalf. My son is a rockstar manager at another restaurant and we dine out often, so we know as a manager he could have made it better but chose not to. Needless to say we left.

My mother and I frequent this location, the most. Whenever we go, we are excited when we get Emily as our waitress. She is extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Every time we have had her she is always checking in with us and making sure we have everything that we need. There have been a few times where the kitchen has messed up, and she handled it very quickly and efficiently. She’s honestly one of the best servers I’ve had at any establishment. She is amazing at her job and she truly cares about her customers at her tables, making sure they have a good dining experience.

I always give this place a 10/10, expect for today. Today I had an awful experience because of the the server “ Keillis” she has a lack of effort, sympathy and bad costumer service. Never did she take the time to ask if if everything was okay, but that wasn’t the problem ! The issue was when we asked her for our food because she was going to every table and when I asked for the food she gave us an attitude saying that it’s only been 20 minutes, but it was actually 40 minutes. Also, she never took the time to take away the plates off the table so everything was literally taking the entire space. Never had this experience with any other server just her. Please Take this review in consideration because this can lead into losing a lot of costumers, not because of the food but because of the costumer service, thanks !

I had to give two stars why because we was welcome nice and the table we had to it had water the waitress told us she coming to clean which she never came so I had to tell my fiancé let's sit on the next table because she was taken too long. We sat done and our order was taken by another person. when my order came there was an error smh. They appear to be understaffed, so they need to hire more people.

I had to give a review, my daughter and I found the atmosphere to be very loud and chaotic. The service took our order but once received it she starting working bar and never returned. it was hard to get her attention or anyone else. Leave the worst for last. I've been to this location over the years and found it to be a great date night stop. But the food was horrible, I had the steak with shrimp and mash potatoes. I found the be salty and could only eat the potatoes, the steak was over cooked and the shrimp was soggy. I wont be returning or recommending this location.

Probably the worse food I ever had in my life. The tomato was green lol like a brick. I don't know how people eat here 😂 McDonald's is a million times better

There are some interesting characters that you will meet here, but the food is decent and the staff is always cordial. I recommend you go during happy hour and as long as you have “Applebees expectations” you will never have a bad experience.

You have to give Applebee's some credit for the improvements they've made. I do wish there were more sub-600 calorie options there besides just steak. It's a consistent 4-start experience all around.

I used to work there, Vialka smacked me for not obeying an order that was “not part of my job description” due to my male ego during the time, and thinking with my ego I didn’t want to press charges, but she assaulted/inflicted battery on me, and I think I am entitled to some sort of compensation.

This restaurant is very pleasant and most of the employees is wonderful they service is great. Genesis is one of the best bartenders Applebees can have. her hospitality Is amazing i could not ask for better because she is the best she smiles she is highly motivated and for the most part she has great customer service skills. Genesis makes the best drinks. You are definitely walking out satisfied with there service.Taliyah the bartender and waitress is another employee who has great hospitality and good customer service she is highly motivated and is a great at her job. Overall Jonathan as a supervisor and Louis are amazing aswell at there job they has the restaurant clean its never a long wait and they always greet there customers with the most respect. The food and drinks are always on point I cannot ask for a better team. APPLE BEES IN CROSS COUNTY ROCK TRY IT YOU WILL LOVE IT.
