It's a Diner on Yonkers Ave in Yonkers NY, used to be 24hrs but no more after covid19. They serve just about everything on the menu at all times, except oatmeal - because they make it in fresh batches and once it's gone, you'll need to wait until the next morning. Very friendly staff. Very casual crowd. The owners, or their family members, are always around, and many staff members have been there for a very long time. Very good food.

Enjoyed this Diner so much. So sorry that it went bankrupt from mis- management & employee issues. It was one of the best diners in Yonkers next to the Riverdale Diner which is also now closed. Hard to find a good Diner nowadays. R.I .P. ARGONAUT...it was great while it lasted.

I was a regular until a late night weekend encounter, its ran by garbage people, the night shift at least. Will never bring my business here again, there are other diners on the same block with much better food, price and customer service. I gave it two stars because my day experiences were good.

The Argonaut Diner used to be the best place around, you got your money's worth & a variety of classic dishes & innovative ones ( lomo saltado, anyone? ) The pandemic came & Sam the owner had to step to the side, Maura, the general manager, had to leave same for Ida, the lovely day cashier and everything went to hell. A horrible crime committed to a Yonkers landmark!!!

First time at this Diner. I loved the spacious interior and the friendly staff. I was in a group of six and received prompt and efficient service with our orders. I appreciated the cleanliness of the Diner (including the bathroom!) and the handicap accessible entrance. It was truly awesome to feel so welcomed at Argonaut Dinner. Thank you for exceeding our expectations especially with singing Happy Birthday to my 80 year old brother and law.

Nice place with nice atmosphere. The service was a little lacking in some places and the prices can be more than what you expect. It's a good diner but there may be better ones in and around Yonkers.
DO NOT ORDER THE STEAK. I have never made a review in my life but this was DISGUSTING. I ordered a porterhouse steak that was supposed to be medium and 22 ounces. I only ordered medium bc I knew it might cook a little more in travel. I got a rock solid WELL DONE steak. I HAD TO BEG the manager to give me a replacement or a refund. The replacement came and the steak was RANCID. the stinkiest steak that was clearly bad. And none of the steaks were actually 22ounces. I didn’t even bother calling back. $40 DOWN THE DRAIN. disgusting. Never buying again. I was really looking forward to a good steak.Terrible service. The poor worker practically had to beg her manager to take the phone and take accountability. The lady just kept apologizing as if it was her fault.
