Fast service. The lady who worked at the register was very nice. The standing space is small, so it is only one group/person at a time. You can use the app here to claim points and can also claim a birthday pretzel. My pretzel was extremely fresh and buttery.

What a terrible place. Tried to redeem the T-Mobile Tuesday's deal and they wouldn't honor it. Ridiculous.

This the worst Auntie Anne's in the entire US...i come here all the time and they never have pepperoni pretzels...Xiomara is the laziest worker i have ever seen, i even offered to wait for them and completely refused all she does is criticize her peers and insult them and doesnt even try to attempt to be polite to paying customers....Management needs to look into this because this definitely bad for business.
