Do not even waste your time going to Baskin Robbins anymore it has definitely become horrible. I went to use my birthday coupon and didn't even get to use it because the employee didn't know how to ring it up or how to use the coupon! On top of that I was waiting almost 5 minutes to be helped by anyone in the ice cream section. I am beyond disappointed with my experience here I will never return!

Popr attitude from guy tending ice cream.. Rushed my daughter to pick a flavor when nonone even called him over. Took money from other customers and handling food with bare hands. No gloves nor hand wash.. terrible store.

This particular DD (i.e. Dunkin' Donuts) I really like; as they are quite fast, in taking your order and returning with your items. To top it off, they are also very pleasant and professional. The only caveat I perceive is that it takes awhile before they get out to clean the tables and the space in the eating area. If they would resolve this matter, a 5 star rating would be easily achieved. Also, they need to inspect the chairs; as at least one of them has a fissure half the length of the chair! And accident waiting to happen.
