My crew and I just spent a couple of weeks on a job across the boulevard from Bella Vista. Vinnie and the crew took friendly care of me and my guys. Always good food at a good price.
I'm back home in Houston, me and Vinnie keep in touch. Told him my wife and I are on our way back to New York for a micro vacation in December. Never thought I'd be making Yonkers my East Coast stomping ground. But with guys like Vinnie around, I felt welcomed with good will. That's the kind of deli this is.

There are 2 old men who work there never wear gloves and when they do they change money with the same gloves they prep the food with. None the less the big old man is always scratching his behind and the place is filthy infested with rodents seen it behind the counter when going to the bathroom which was infested with mouse droppings

This place lost a loyal customer who has been coming here for 3 years since I moved to Yonkers over a rude employee. I only wanted to order a sandwich and the employee informed me that they ran out of the bread I was looking for, I said fine I’ll take the other bread as long as I am charged the same amount, and he straight up told me no. So I said ok I’ll just leave, and he had to nerve to tell me “I don’t care”… that comment should have been left to himself but I asked because I was shocked “what did you say to me?” And he bluntly said “I don’t care”, “you walk out and 10 more people walk in”, I was baffled by these comments and did not understand what warranted him to say this but I know now that they don’t care about their customers and I am never stepping foot in Bella Vista ever again or recommending this place to anyone. I wish the owner was there because I am sure this is not how he wants his business to be represented.
