This place lost a loyal customer who has been coming here for 3 years since I moved to Yonkers over a rude employee. I only wanted to order a sandwich and the employee informed me that they ran out of the bread I was looking for, I said fine I’ll take the other bread as long as I am charged the same amount, and he straight up told me no. So I said ok I’ll just leave, and he had to nerve to tell me “I don’t care”… that comment should have been left to himself but I asked because I was shocked “what did you say to me?” And he bluntly said “I don’t care”, “you walk out and 10 more people walk in”, I was baffled by these comments and did not understand what warranted him to say this but I know now that they don’t care about their customers and I am never stepping foot in Bella Vista ever again or recommending this place to anyone. I wish the owner was there because I am sure this is not how he wants his business to be represented.

Awful service. I have ordered multiples times and after confirming my order they have butchered it on more than one occasion. I understand things happen we all make mistakes, although they always say they "owe" me... I tried clarifying this with one of the employees and he simply stated " we didn't have what you wanted" I told them to please call me next time that way I can modify my order, they agreed and never did. When I finally asked for a refund instead of just simply agreeing to the empty words, they literally went out of their way and came for a sandwich....
