Ordered off Uber eats, live a few blocks away. Ordered two wraps and clams with snapples. Bag had my name on it: Received snapples, hero with chicken mozzarella and roasted peppers and some sausage in red sauce. Called the restaurant was willing to bring this order back and pick up my order. They refused to believe any mistake was made. Not in preparation, not in giving wrong order with same name. Terrible customer service. Thankfully Uber eats fully refunded my meal.

The worst experience we had in a restaurant. We had pizza from here before and being good, but never “fancy stuff” just simple: pizza, chicken wings, or a sandwich. This time we tasted how bad it is the food when it comes to ask for something else: Fried Calamari (it was burnt, and bad!) Cold Antipasto ( they sent us a salad we coldcuts rolled!!!! Seriously!!!!!???), we ask for Chicken Parmesan Calzone (they didn’t sent it at the beginning, and when we called they sent us a “calzone” with stake!!!!!), the pizza was average, the Garlic bread (it was so bad that not body eat it! SOOOO BADDDDDD! A 5 years old did it maybe, it was totally a joke!), AND on top of the disaster, they told us 1 hour, and it was 1.35 minutes and we call because food was not yet delivered, and they are literally few blocks from us! We asked for delivery because we have guests in home, which they wanted to pay, imagine the embarrassment when they paid, and this restaurant did a complete disaster with the food! We were trying to figure it out if because a sunday will be this mess, but there is no excuse to send food that way…. OH! They sent us a cheesecake seems like as a “sorry” that I did not even touch because how bad was the food and did not want to try anything else!
You guys need to organiza yourselfs! If you see a meal is not your specialty, or you are in rush time, say to customer “Sorry that is not available today, or whatever, BUT NOT SEND THAT GARBAGE TO SOMEONE HOUSE! That delivery was almost $200 ($10 tip for delivery). Get your business worth it! Please! If you sell fancy things in the menu, make sure you know how to doit, not send something that McDonalds can do for $2. Honestly!

I ordered a lg. pie half & half sausage/pepperoni; 21 Buffalo wing hot and well-done and a lg. order of zeppole. Paid in advance. I was told 15 minutes. At the time store had 1 customer and delivery guy had his orders ready to go. I went to wait in my car which was parked facing the restaurant. Now I understand that some people phone their orders and come pick them up. Customer after customer came and went with there order. I wait 30 minutes before reentering the store to my surprise my order wasn't even ready. Pizza was still in the oven, wings and zeppole weren't even cooked yet. I asked how much longer. I was told 5 minutes. It took another 15 minutes before my order was totally ready. Upon driving home my mouth was watering. Arriving home my wife had her friend there and we opened everything and began to eat. Now it has been a while since I last ordered from Sofia's, but what we was and tasted was a tragedy. Pizza was hot but the sausage side had hand cut sausage that tasted old. Half the pizza was burnt. The wings were drowning in sauce, I ask for crispy and got over cooked and sadly my favorite was also disappointing. If you know zeppole you know that when they are warm they melt with the powder sugar in you mouth. These were extra chewy. Overall I would never recommend this place to my enemy. We had to order another meal from Angelo Pizza just to have a decent meal. This dinning experience was a just under $60 lesson. I have a few friends who are food inspectors, I an sending them this nasty sausage and let's see where that takes us. If I could rate this place .001☆ I would. This place socks...

Enjoyed many different types of pizza …. All delicious! Not only is it great pizza, the owner is so friendly and accommodating. We were a group of 15 whose bus broke down near Sophia’s Pizza. The owner and regulars welcomed us for over two hours! Make this place your daily pizza spot for an awesome slice or many whole pies! Can’t recommend enough!
