There was a worker who was so kind to my kids there! They didn't have enough money for their food, so he let them pay less and also gave them fries and small soda cups for free! I wish I knew his name, but that was super kind of him!

Come enjoy your food as plenty of patience and houseless loiter endlessly, even daring to sit on the counter while you place your order. And if someone should steal your order, management will not remake your order even though they witnessed the theft. Cheap food isn't worth the risk or loss

To be honest the customer service there sucks i went in the today and waited on line while 2 Spanish ladies would rather have a conversation than to help customers mind you im Spanish myself plus also walk with a cane and is hard for me to stand on my feet too long so the rather come to work to conversation I did a upturn and walked right out that door never again

If I could give 0 stars I would. I arrived at this location at 9:01 am and the door was locked. There were customers inside as well, I did an order pickup. When I got the attention of a worker she looked at me and walked away with the door still locked. This location opens at 7am in the morning so I don’t know why the door would be locked at 9:01am. When finally let inside, the cashier Patricia had a really nasty attitude and denied me when I tried to order something else other than what I was picking up. Very bad customer service! Would not recommend.

The worst $15 I've spent in a long time. Long wait times for food. Lobby was full of drug addict homeless people and there was nowhere to sit. Soda machine wasn't even working. No ice. Don't waste your money here.
