The worst burger I have tasted in a loooongg time. It tasted of pure chemicals!! That grill must be filthy & never cleaned because it was not a fresh grilled tasting burger. Will NEVER eat from here ever again. This food is NASTY!

The employee from the drive through try to kill me by adding a A bacon which I am allergic to, and I have called them many times and they respond and they said they cannot do nothing and that the kitchen issue not their issue in the offer, no hope at all to resolve this matter

Customers beware when ordering via the application. If the restaurant doesn't have an item you ordered, you will be out of whatever you paid, because the restaurant claims they can't refund it. No wonder they don't have a direct customer service number. BK is always promoting to order from the app. This might be the reason, once you pay you just because a victim of their scam. After reading the last review, I'm glad they didn't have the item I ordered. I'm deleting my app, after posting this review, I won't visit that restaurant ever again

THE PRICES HERE ARE VERY HIGH COMPARED TO OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE YONKERS WESTCHESTER AREA AND THIS IS UNFAIR PRICE GOUGHING THAT MUST BE FIXED! YOU ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A LOT OF HIGHWAY TRAFFIC TRAVELERS PASSING THROUGH BUT THERE ARE STILL LOCAL CUSTOMERS LIKE ME THAT DON'T WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!
