It’s true. It’s a grimy place. As you enter, you greeted with lit red carpet stairs. As You descend and enter the space it appears like a maze of sofas and billiard tables. It’s $20 per person to play. There is loud music playing from the jukebox. There are typical junk foods and drinks to order from. I also noticed other things to order such as billiard sticks, etc. The bathroom was clean. There were sofas all around, available to sit on the like they Had been collected from being placed At the edge of the sidewalks. They made you think twice before sitting on them there were also some tall stools available. The service was friendly. The patrons seemed cool and focused on enjoying their experience. We had A good time and would probably return.
Only played pool with my husband. No drinks, no food. Owner said it cost $25 total for us to play. Charged our card $40 instead but didn’t notice til we left. Don’t trust this place. Police will be involved.
Very expensive, very bad atmosphere and noisy, no parking available
Place was dope beers are 6$ not bad but not cheap I think it’s $30 for a bucket if I’m not mistaken tables are ok some need a little maintenance a few need to be cleaned but it was cool prices was dope also paid 15 idk how much time I had but we played for a while overall dope spot
Good spot for pool, make sure you know Spanish or you will be ostracized and treated very differently.
Nice place
I went against the 1 star reviews and went to play pool with my girlfriend I haven’t been to this place since I was in my teens and wow the memories came back to me the owner was very nice great music especially if you like Spanish music great vibes!!
It's OK but the tables could be cleaner and in better shape.
I visited Cafe Billiards in Yonkers, primarily attracted by the abundance of billiard tables and the affordable rates. However, my experience left much to be desired, earning it only 2 stars. While the DJ provided decent entertainment, the overall cleanliness of the establishment was severely lacking. I wouldn't recommend eating there, as the place appeared dirty, casting doubt on the hygiene standards of the kitchen. Although some of my companions enjoyed their food, I couldn't overlook the questionable upkeep of the premises.Additionally, the drink prices were steep, and it seemed common for patrons to sneak in their own liquor, indicative of a lax approach to enforcement. Security was notably absent, contributing to a somewhat unsafe atmosphere, especially given the presence of underaged individuals. The place tends to get overcrowded at night, so I would advise visiting during the day. Furthermore, the establishment operates on a cash-only basis, adding to the inconvenience.
Could do better to fix up the place

It would be nice if the patrons would stop hanging out in the parking lot blasting music from their cars after closing. It gets worse in the spring and summertime when the weather is nicer.
Dirty table, too many nasty couches blocking play area
Huge potential…but very very dirty. Not cleaned from the previous night with empty beer bottles and pitchers all over, the pool tables have probably never been cleaned (the felt feels greasy and hands turn blue in 10 minutes), the place smells. Possibly an okay place for drunk college kids but definitely not for pool players. As a business owner I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this place needs a complete overhaul!
Lost of rooms. A lot of tables. $15 per person for a 3 hour period. Only complaint is that i was given a corner with no type of ventilation. I was hot the entire time i was playing pool.
