Ordered a cake for today was told it’ll be ready today at 2pm. Called them today at approx. 9:20am to informed them I had to cancel order due to wife having Cov. John (don’t believe it’s his name) said “well, the cake is ready”, I told him I won’t need it because wife is sick, John responded “then you should have called when we first opened” and hung up on me. I waited for 10 min.called back and asked for the name of the rude person who hung up on me. He paused and said “John” I then asked who was the owner and he said “Anthony” and that he wasn’t in. I said ok and hung up. About 5 min. later “Anthony” calls me back and tells me the phone when dead and that John didn’t hang up. I said I don’t believe him and then Anthony hung up on me. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE, THEY DONT DESERVE OUR BUSINESS. THERE ISNT ANTHING SWEET ABOUT THOSE GUYS!

Ok. So I just bought - he said - 1 lb and 20 ounces and I paid $25.00 for the box. He said the cost of things is high but I left feeling some disdain. His approach and demeanor from the beginning was passive aggressive. I’m very particular about this issue but I sensed that other people would not have paid that much. Won’t go back again. Pastries are nice but customer service from the owners is not. Girls are nice people, too.

Service was great 2 nice young ladies; very courteous and customer friendly. Desserts were disgusting, Old, rancid, and overpriced. I will never, ever, return to this so called bakery. You wound be better off buying cookies or cakes from a prison commissary. Wish I could give them 0 starts. Buyer Beware.

I needed to bring dessert to family thanksgiving and decided to stop at Cafe Nuccio’s for some Italian pastries and cannolis todayThey have a huge selection of the classics like cream puffs and napoleons as well as many I had never seen before.Well. I got the 2 boxes of deliciousness home today, a day before Thanksgiving and I could not resist tasting one before the big dayThe cannolis are filled with delicious cream and I had to try a cream puff too, unbelievableAll the others here at home couldn’t resist also and half of one box is gone alreadyI will be going back in the morning to buy more to actually bring to thanksgiving dinner

Went to this bakery yesterday and can honestly say I am 100% disappointed. First off the display cases were practically empty. Decided on getting the mini Napolian from them after all its an Italian staple at most bakeries. Got home and was looking forward to eating them. I am completely disgusted and wanted to share that they were spoiled and I was sickened from eating just one. I will never go back.

Just bought some lobster claws and mini Napolian pastry there. The pasty part of the Napolians was rancid....literally rancid. How long does puff pastry have to be hanging around to go rancid.....the answer is a long time. The reason they are getting one star is because I can't give a zero.

Relatively small selection but reasonably priced and above average quality (European sryle).

Love their mini pastries! Staff are always nice and helpful.

Great cannoli. The filling was fresh and cream put in when ordere so the shell was nice and crispy.

We got their tray of cookies at Saint Joseph’s Medical Center, and they were delicious. The rainbow or “7 layer” cookies were so good and I’m always looking for a delicious rainbow cookie. These surpassed so many!!!

Don't bother going here their pastries are not worth the money. For example their lobster claws are burnt and the cream has an artificial taste. Take a few extra minutes and go over to Nepperhan Avenue and stop in at Domenicks 100% better over there. Unfortunately I cannot give this a minus 1 star
