Ordered a cake for today was told it’ll be ready today at 2pm. Called them today at approx. 9:20am to informed them I had to cancel order due to wife having Cov. John (don’t believe it’s his name) said “well, the cake is ready”, I told him I won’t need it because wife is sick, John responded “then you should have called when we first opened” and hung up on me. I waited for 10 min.called back and asked for the name of the rude person who hung up on me. He paused and said “John” I then asked who was the owner and he said “Anthony” and that he wasn’t in. I said ok and hung up. About 5 min. later “Anthony” calls me back and tells me the phone when dead and that John didn’t hang up. I said I don’t believe him and then Anthony hung up on me. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE, THEY DONT DESERVE OUR BUSINESS. THERE ISNT ANTHING SWEET ABOUT THOSE GUYS!

Ok. So I just bought - he said - 1 lb and 20 ounces and I paid $25.00 for the box. He said the cost of things is high but I left feeling some disdain. His approach and demeanor from the beginning was passive aggressive. I’m very particular about this issue but I sensed that other people would not have paid that much. Won’t go back again. Pastries are nice but customer service from the owners is not. Girls are nice people, too.

Service was great 2 nice young ladies; very courteous and customer friendly. Desserts were disgusting, Old, rancid, and overpriced. I will never, ever, return to this so called bakery. You wound be better off buying cookies or cakes from a prison commissary. Wish I could give them 0 starts. Buyer Beware.

Mediocre Italian pastries at high prices. It was a different story when this was Cafe Trento some years ago - that was 10x better. Every now and then I give Cafe Nuccio another try but it's never good. Not going back.

The staff here are phenomenal, always polite and professional. The store is always clean and appealing. The pricing makes this bakery just OK. Never realized how expensive this place is until today. I bought $25 worth of stuff at Nuccio (four full sized cannoli's and a Latte. Today I went to Neri's in Portchester and spent $25 there. ( Chocolate cream pie, four mini cannoli's, two mini Napoleans and six other assorted mini pastries. The goods at Neris were fresher. I believe they do their own baking. If I don't want to drive to Portchester I'll probably buy at Nuccios since it's close by. Otherwise it makes sense to take the short drive to Neri's.

We went to this bakery after driving to Domenick's Nepperhan Italian Pastry Shop in Yonkers was closed and man what a disappointmen!!! These cookies were old, hard and flavorless! We bought a pound and threw them out after tasting them! They were so hard I couldn't believe they would be sold at a bakery and advertise as fresh cookies! Total waste of money! Want authentic delicious, Freshly Baked Italian cookies? Then drive to Domenick's Nepperhan Italian Pastry Shop you won't be disappointed!!!

They have very fresh and delicious baked goods. The service is very nice. The prices are comparably good to other bakeries.

Local Italian pastry shop located in the H-Mart shopping complex on Central Avenue. It was formally known as Cafe Trento until new management bought over the property and re-branded it to Cafe Nuccio in 2014. Overall, the pastries are a mixed bag in quality, it's relatively expensive for generic mini pastries, and employees were not wearing masks, despite the recent county guidance to re-adopt masks. If you're looking for Italian-American pastries in Westchester, I would recommend Artuso & Sons. Cafe Nuccio's best pastry was their tiramisu. Neatly piped mascarpone cream, distinct espresso flavor, light and moist, and a gentle bitter cocoa note. It's a difficult line to straddle between oversaturated and soggy sponge to moist and decadent, and Nuccio did well with their tiramisu. I also enjoyed their babà al rum. Sticky, boozy, airy, with a hint of citrus. A less common treat. Pass on the chocolate mousse, an overly sweet sugar bomb, the egg tart, a tasteless overcooked custard, and the sfogliatelle, a texturally messy interpretation. $16 for 6 mini pastries.

Family owned establishment that has that great balance of enjoyment from a sweet treat. Always my go to place for a cake!

Went to this bakery yesterday and can honestly say I am 100% disappointed. First off the display cases were practically empty. Decided on getting the mini Napolian from them after all its an Italian staple at most bakeries. Got home and was looking forward to eating them. I am completely disgusted and wanted to share that they were spoiled and I was sickened from eating just one. I will never go back.
