top-notch Italian food in an unassuming casual place. huge portions, decent prices, and rich flavorful food add up to an excellent meal in my book. what really spoke to me was the perfectly al-dente rigatoni with a good portion of rich marinara. veal marsala was great, the drunken chicken and eggplant rollatini also looked fantastic. all four of us loved our food - it's a solid place! service was fine.

Rebecca, Jen, Elliot, and some others waiters are awesome employees. Quick and professional too. The delivery drivers are always on time and service with a smile.
However, on Mondays and Tuesdays the service is extremely SLOW. I don't know why?
You have one waitress handling all the tables, plus the bar drinks. She's nice and friendly, but the customers constantly complain about waiting.
I just think Carlos needs another waitress or a bartender. And don't expect any buy backs, even if you leave a big tip.

Ordered dinner for pickup for a special occasion. They said 30 minutes to be picked up. Once I got there, I had to wait an additional hour. No comp, no apologies, not acceptable.

They serve pizza take-out downstairs and Italian dine in upstairs. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. We went upstairs and ordered pizza from the downstairs menu. It was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

I love Carlo’s. I’ve only ordered delivery (though the place is always packed when I pass by) and I’m never disappointed. Baked ziti and chicken parm are my standbys but the pizza is great too. Just to illustrate something, I order two hot dishes and a salad and they put a plate in between the two when they packed it so the salad wouldn’t get hot. It’s the small things that add up with this place.

I traveled from The Bronx to Carlo's on a rainy Saturday afternoon, so not too many people there. I had a chicken parm with penne. I had an issue with the pasta, but it was taken care of quickly. The meal was excellent. The prices are great too.
