I was just driving by when Carrusel Pastry Shop on New Main St in Yonkers caught my eye, and I knew I had to stop. As soon as I walked inside, boom—my diet flew right out the window! This little gem is a haven for anyone with a sweet tooth.
The moment you step inside, you're greeted by the sight (and smell) of an incredible array of pastries, cakes, and desserts. It’s impossible not to be tempted by the display cases filled with treats that look like they’ve been crafted with love and care. The variety is impressive, from classic cookies to beautifully decorated cakes, and everything in between.
I couldn’t resist trying a few of their offerings, and I was not disappointed. The pastries are fresh, with just the right balance of sweetness. Whether you’re in the mood for something rich and decadent or light and fluffy, they’ve got you covered. The quality of the ingredients is evident in every bite.

I just want to thank the kind baker and his staff. I went in today because Ozero bread bakery recommended this business. I was looking to order a 2 tier cake. The cost for the cake was very reasonable. I'll get to the point... I processed a transaction for a cake they would make for me in less than a week notice. A few hours later, I had to go back and ask for a refund because my mother already ordered cake from another baker. imagine that...I called them right away and they were very understanding. So much so that out of my own deposit I used to purchase a cake from them. I felt bad because I took away their sale. I'm so glad I bought the cake... it's delicious. just check out the pictures. My family, husband and I love their delicious Mexican bread specially the conchas!! ?We from C.T & when we get to go down to New York we pass for our 30 conchas bread ?? we make our trip worth it.
