I can see why people complain about the service but I’m literally just here for ice cream since it’s close to home. Parking is right outside. Freezer selection is poor but again, not what I’m here for. Just know what you’re looking for in a business when you walk in

Shame on whichever owner or manager left a young employee completely alone on shift. Went in and there were 7 people in line with one worker. She was great, patient and nice but whoever thought that was a good idea should be fired.

Absolutely disappointed with this Carvel location. I’ve had enough! Why is this Carvel location ALWAYS closed on the weekends, although the hours reflect something different? Today is yet ANOTHER evening I take my family for a snack on Sunday at 6pm, yet it’s closed ... AGAIN! Is this Carvel meeting the standard for its franchise???

I don't get this place. Show up on Sunday at 6 p.m. which is supposedly open until 8 p.m. according to Google & it's closed. No hours posted on the door. 5 families showed up and had to leave. I mean it's summer.. at least post a sign of updated hours.

This mainstay in Yonkers, NY is a great place for sitting down after dinner or in between tours for an ice cream in an old ice cream parlor feel.There were also some sandwiches and the atmosphere is friendly
