I really enjoy carvel ice cream but when I went to this location to get a shake I was told it was $8, later I noticed they charged my credit card $12, so apparently the worker added a tip for themself?! Worst $12 shake I have ever had.

I went to This Carvel tonight and the staff really blew my mind with such friendly service and welcomed me in a very unique way, it really caught my ear thanks to all the staff for making my night this is one of my go to places from now on !!!!!!

Worst Cravelanch I’ve ever had! The Oreos were barely broken up and barely mixed in most of my ice cream was still vanilla. The did not have and low fat soft serve and then they charged me extra for to black cherries. I’ve never been charged extra at any other Carvel and always got more then two cherries. Oh and the parking sucks.

Terrible customer relation called to find out if they had soft serve pistacio and was told. Yes, I showed up and was told they don't have any. I told the girl I had just called and she apologized. I told her the only reason I came in was buy 1 get 1 free Sunday. She told me that they did have regular pistachio. I ordered a large and a small pistachio sunday and was charged for each one . First, she told me that I had to buy two of the same size Which made no sense because I paid for the more expensive one And then she told me the buy one Get one free does that apply to the frozen ... So It costs me seventeen dollars for a large and small sunday. Never mention that to me before I ordered or paid.
