I didn’t have a good feeling when I saw some of the hard ice creams had different looking ice cream sitting on top. It looked as if they dumped some soft serve on top of the hard ice cream and it froze in big clumps. I should’ve just left upon seeing that, however against my better judgement ordered for my kids since they wanted something different than those flavors with the weird clumps. My son had the “carvelanche” which is soft serve mixed with a topping. It took the employee about 7 minutes to make it. I didn’t know why it was taking this amount of time to mix chocolate soft serve with chocolate crunchies, but we were patient. Once he got it we sat outside and after a few bites he said “what is this? And pulled a jagged piece of hard plastic out of his mouth.” I brought it back inside and the employee was not at all phased and claimed it was part of the cap. However the cap was not broken at all and the cap was a much thinner clear plastic while what he pulled out of his mouth was white and much harder/thicker. She took it from me and said she’d make him a new one. I went back outside thinking it would be another 7 minutes to make a new one, however less than a minute after I went outside she came out and handed me what I thought was a new one. I gave it to him and he said this is the same one, it has the same amount of ice cream missing. This place is gross, I’ll stick to different Carvels or other ice cream shops. Never going back to this place.

Went in for the $1 cup that was advertised for today August 19. The girl said they are not participating. I said but your digital monitor behind the counter is showing an ad for $1 cups or cones today. I asked for a manager, told he wasn’t in. They called him and next thing I knew the monitor was shut off. Manager said sorry not participating have a good day and hung up. But I wouldn’t have eaten from there anyway. Place was filthy dirty, counter dirty, floor, I saw 2 roaches, the machines were filthy. I’ve never seen such a dirty eatery in my life. People waiting on customers were nasty and sarcastic. Place should be closed down.

this carvel has delicious and perfect soft serve, it is always thick and creamy and smooth. kudos to management who seems to really care to make it right and not just cheap like some other carvels we’ve been to.

Love Carvel. Parking is easy enough and you can sit inside as well on a hot day.
I really enjoy carvel ice cream but when I went to this location to get a shake I was told it was $8, later I noticed they charged my credit card $12, so apparently the worker added a tip for themself?! Worst $12 shake I have ever had.
