I’m In this neighborhood for 43 years. I have never experienced such rudeness from a staff member from any of the merchants on McLean Avenue like I did today at Carvel. The young lady working there was extremely rude, unfriendly just plain nasty, so much so that my six-year-old asked me what was wrong with her as she was taking our order and why she is not smiling. She was Accompanied by nasty dirty looks which I then asked her if s She needed to step outside? I think she needs to step outside permanently from this place. I know I will never walk back in there And I’m sure neither will my 63 other local family members we can choose a different location from now on.

If you're looking for a 99 soft-serve with a flake, then you can find it here. Very cool! But crazy expensive - $6.49 for a soft-serve is nuts especially considering the same thing is $1-2 in Ireland!

The worker with the false eyelashes is ridiculous. Throws the ice cream in the bag which already leaks like crazy. She isn't polite whatsoever. Seems like the fellow coworkers know as well as they avoid her.

If you pay in cash make sure to either pay in exact change or be prepared to have the young lady with the false eyelashes put your change directly in the tip jar.I usually have a good experience at this Carvel but she just took the change (almost two dollars) with out saying a word. It caught me off guard so I didn’t say anything but I haven’t gone back since.

It's a good place but if your on a diet don't get the small ice cream size the small is very big order the kids size.
