I bought an ice cream to go earlier this evening and I requested to have marshmallow toppings, when I got home and opened the paperbag. Saw and opened my ice cream cup, there was none. I am deeply upset.

I've always loved Carvel. This location everybody is pretty cool. Always great times when I go there. My only problem with Carvel is that they STILL DON'T HAVE rewards points. Everybody wants rewards points, COME ON ALREADY CARVEL!! WE WANT REWARDS!!

I've been to this Carvel before. It is large with great selections particularly of cakes, which is what I went for. I saw a sign for 'Cartwheel' sandwiches with a special Mondays through Thursdays.... buy 1 pack of 6 and get the 2nd a 1/2 off.... so I did.. a great buy. Service was very good, store is immaculate. I highly recommend it.
