I will never return to this Carvel location again. As someone visiting from out of town, I was excited to stop by a place I usually love—but this particular experience left a terrible impression.
The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They openly mocked customers, made inappropriate jokes, and gave me something I didn’t even ask for—then taunted me about it afterward. I have never felt so uncomfortable in an establishment before.
I’m proud of myself for keeping my composure during such a disappointing encounter, but this visit completely ruined the experience for me. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because no customer should be treated the way I was.

I bought an ice cream to go earlier this evening and I requested to have marshmallow toppings, when I got home and opened the paperbag. Saw and opened my ice cream cup, there was none. I am deeply upset.

I've always loved Carvel. This location everybody is pretty cool. Always great times when I go there. My only problem with Carvel is that they STILL DON'T HAVE rewards points. Everybody wants rewards points, COME ON ALREADY CARVEL!! WE WANT REWARDS!!

Great carvel. Well stocked. Great friendly service.
I've been to this Carvel before. It is large with great selections particularly of cakes, which is what I went for. I saw a sign for 'Cartwheel' sandwiches with a special Mondays through Thursdays.... buy 1 pack of 6 and get the 2nd a 1/2 off.... so I did.. a great buy. Service was very good, store is immaculate. I highly recommend it.
